A bizarre and ludicrous decision more like and lucky it didn't cost us three points. A right winger for a right winger, how bizarre and ludicrous It was more like a right winger for a player who had no idea on how to play the game.

Well cant say i really enjoyed that, but a wins a win, clean sheet, swindle crap, city lose, whats not to like about today!! utg Thought the first half was very enjoyable. Swindon came in to it the 2nd half, but over all I thought it was an enjoyable game. More because we sat back though than anything else. Swindon were abysmal and hopefully are on their way to League 2.

Swindon were dreadful to be fair, True, but I've heard that about a lot of the teams we've beaten. If there are so many dreadful teams in this league we certainly have nothing to fear going forwards.

I've lost count of the new defenders. Am I right in saying that Sweeney is on loan and the other two are permanent, or have I got it wrong?

It was an important win giving us 42 points. 4 more wins will mean safety but it means we can still dream of looking upwards. Posh and Rochdale have had a few bad results and even after our bad away run we are still comfortable top half of the table. UTG!

Byron seems really short of confidence .... just not clicking for him, wonder what the longer term outlook will be for him ? Wish he'd brought Monty on.Not been impressed by Moore at all so far.Mattee hits bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then replaced by Luke James.Just wish James and Gaffers actually scored sometimes!! Surely it was Ollie Clarke who hit the bar?

Swindon were dreadful to be fair, Usually there is always one player from the opponents team that catches the eye,but today i can honestly say there was not one player they had that even slightly impressed me.They were lucky not to get the hiding they deserved.

I was very impressed with Sweeney today and have to save Burn looks quite a beast too. Saw him having a good fitness session before the game with lots of running at a decent speed. Received a great round of applause from the West Enclosure when he went off before the game and from his applause back obviously appreciated the warm welcome.

A bizarre and ludicrous decision more like and lucky it didn't cost us three points. A right winger for a right winger, how bizarre and ludicrous By that logic it doesn't matter how crap or off form a player is it's ok for him to come on for a player who is on form and has talent, as long as they play in the same position. It's ok to swap players that are having a positive impact on the game for one that has a negative impact provided they play in the same position? Byron Moore and Luke James for that matter have been given plenty of chances to prove themselves but all the evidence suggests that they are far inferior to the players we had here beforehand Montano is a better player than Moore he can also play on the wing. That would have been a positive substitution that would have kept us on the front foot and with a better chance of killing Swindon off. Instead this substitution and the other two gave us an anxious end to a game that we had been dominating. So it was bizarre, it was potentially a game changer against us, it was like DC started playing for a draw from a winning position! Luckily Swindon weren't good enough to take advantage and we had a keeper who looked half competent.

So what's the option flog BB to death for 90 mins and risk him being out injured for a few matches?
Moore was the only option to replace BB, unless we went to play a left winger on the right wing.
James looks a far better player lately and could well have to replace MT if we are forced to sell him this week.

If we have to sell Taylor then I really hope we can do better for a replacement than James not only long term but beteeen now and the summer.. He's never been prolific looks lightweight and just not good enough for league 1 to me. I'd love it if he proved me wrong but I just don't see that happening.

He hasn't had the rub of the green or the service. I'm not saying he'll be a world beater but I think he could be a useful sub to replace Matty when he tired or gets injured.

Yeah, I hope James gets more game time as there is definitely something there. He's no Taylor but looks like a promising 1st team regular. Great pace, not as tricksy as Taylor but good still

By the way, there is a simple solution - everyone at the club just have to not answer their phones until 11:01pm on Tuesday - job done!

Yeah fair enough as a replacement at the end of a game when we're winning but the thought of him playing every game between now and the end of the season with Taylor at another club doesn't fill me with much hope to be honest.
