For days I have been trying to remember a film I watched about 10yrs ago.
It was a Nior Crime story based in a US high school where the main character was trying to find a missing girl. He was a smart high school kid who was very clever.
It was quite a stylized film.
One scene that I do remember was when he went to a group of tough guys who were either drunk or stoned and he took them on. I remember him saying something along the lines of "Im 18, fit and sober. Are you sure you want to take me on" or something similar.
It's been driving me nuts.
Help!!?

That looks....um........like the sort of film the critics would say is 'highly acclaimed', which translated into normal speak means 'utter dogshit'!
You need to watch quality like this..........

Seems to have had a reasonable write up.
As a Star Wars fan I see the the writer and director of this one was given the same responsibility for the next Star Wars film. I always thought the darker tone of a The Empire Strikes Back made it the best of the original trilogy. Hopefully the one out this year will be along the same lines.
