Love that you can be disqualified from driving, carry on driving, crash, and then as punishment get 6 points on the licence you no longer have. A minimum 10 year ban would be more apt for people who drive whilst disqualified. most of them would still drive anyway |

The BIG unanswered question in this sorry episode is "Whose car was he driving"? The assumption has to be that it wasn't his own car, so did it belong to another City player?
If so, that player is due for some of the same for aiding and abetting. The only way for that person to get away with it is to report that the car was taken without consent. That opens a whole new can of worms and Mr Tampax is really in deep sh1t!
Have you noticed how the powers that be at the Sh1t have tried to disown any responsibility and instead loaded it off on Chelsea, saying he's their player.
No, you rosy checked twat, he's your player for the whole of the season, and so whatever he does is yours to deal with. A responsible football club would immediately suspend him from all footballing commitments and voluntarily suspend him from the club.
That would send out a clear and unequivocal message that "Bristol City(1982) ltd Disassociates itself from the selfish and dangerous actions of one of its players and until the matter has been dealt with by the courts Mr Abraham will play no further part in the club's first or reserve team fixtures. However, history tells us that said football club doesn't give a flying f*ck about its responsibilities, moral or otherwise, and if I were a betting man I'd have a solid £100 on Tampax playing some part on Saturday.
If 1982 ltd want a steer on how to handle this I would refer them to the David Pipe incident. Following his actions he was immediately suspended by the club, and as soon as he was convicted we sacked him. Say what you like about Nick Higgs, he wasn't standing for that and would have fired him straight away if he had been allowed.
I seem to remember that Pipe was roundly condemned on our forums, I can't recall one dissenting voice.
Thats how a proper community club behaves. Over to you, 1982.

What a load of b0ll0cks does the B Post writer seriously think somebody convicted of those alleged offences would only get 6 pts? He could get up to 9pts for the careless driving charge alone, he's going to face a lengthy ban if convicted of all those offences.
