How can you get points on your licence when you haven't got one? Genuine question. My guess is that he didn't have a full driving license, not he'd never had one/been disqualified, so he's probably got a Provisional license. If not, I assume the points will apply should he ever get around to finally getting a license? |

It appears he did have a full license, but lost it after getting 6 points within the first two years....so, he was disqualified from driving. |
