Sh1t day today. Started off working the early shift, so it's a 6am start, which means I will not be able to stay up tonight to listen to the second-half of the game. After work, it's a visit to the Dentist for a clean and to have a Crown stuck back in after it fell off this morning. Never look forward to that. How sick a mind to you have to have to be a Dentist? What kid, growing up, thought to themselves, "I want to spend my day poking around in people's dirty gobs and causing them pain!". The Dentists's pretend to be nice and caring, but secretly they're all like that bloke from the Marathon Man.
THEN, I've got to find something to buy She Who Casts No Shadow for Valentine's Day. Her birthday was in December, then there was Xmas, so now I'm right out of ideas. Can't buy her chocolates ("I'm trying to lose weight you know!"). Can't buy her shoes (Her family are Greek and in Greek culture it's a no-no to ever buy anyone shoes). Can't buy her clothes as apparently I have the fashion sense of a legless camel. She has no hobbies.
On top of that, my Reverse Osmosis system has gone tit's-up, so I need to buy a new one on the way home. This is important for my aquarium as it produces the water I need on a daily basis.
Also this morning the car started to make a loud weird squeaking noise when I turned the wheels. Don't know what that is.
C'mon, cheer me up.
