Anyone else getting this message if they try to access the site via mobile data? It's fine on my phone via wifi.

I must be allowed to do bad things on wifi just not on my phone. So weird.

Its not possible to only ban you from one method of accessing the forum to my knowledge.
I will have a look into it, but normally cleaning out temp files, turning phone on and off or running something like CC cleaner will sort you out.

I had the same. It was to do with the IP address that my provider had given me. Apparently a forum members with the same one had been banned some time ago.
