2-4 away win. DC to hand out coffees at half time to the 25,000 locked outside.

Anyone know if we've sold the whole 4300 yet? All sold, Coventry have sent another 25,000. Beamback tickets all bought by the same guy. The club are looking at screening the game in Millenuim Square for the 100,000 without tickets

I agree with that. Rory is coming into a bit of form at just the right time. I have a feeling DC will play 4-4-2 now he has OC back from his ban. Go an attack them seeing as they are cut adrift at the bottom. I don't think he will as we played well with the 3 in the middle against Oxford and it has been working quite well away. We may go 4-4-2 at some point in the 2nd half though. It didn't work at Bury?

That was an outlier because of the Stuart Sinclair red card. Apparently up until then we looked comfortable.

Have I missed some news on Sweeney? A few seem to be dropping him from their team. Or is it just because we are planning for next season already?

Anyone heard anything about Lockyer getting called up to the Wales full squad? We will be a bit thread bare at the back if that happens. It's getting a bit late in the day so I presume he will be with us tomorrow?

Imagine Millwall coming to Bristol Rovers on last day of the season with both fighting for play-offs
Bristol Rovers’ 2-1 win over Chesterfield, combined with Millwall’s back-to-back draws, have seen Darrell Clarke’s side close the gap on the Lions by one point since last week.
Don’t get me wrong, I would rather be in the position of Southend (on 60 points from 38 games) or Millwall (60 from 37) than Rovers (57 from 39) at this stage of the season.
But those sides have got everything to lose, whereas Rovers can really have a go and make sure they are waiting to capitalise should Southend or Millwall slip up.
Bristol Rovers saw of the threat of Chesterfield last weekend with Ollie Clarke scoring after less than 30 seconds. Rovers’ win over Chesterfield was not comfortable in the final few minutes, but I don’t care about comfort at this stage – it’s all about getting the points and applying pressure on the teams above them.
Every game for Rovers at the moment is a free hit. They have got nothing to lose.
They have won three of their last four games – and, even though they drew six in a row before that, they have kept themselves in a position where Southend and Millwall must be concerned.
The challenge now is to keep it going – and, if they can take it down to the last game of the season, then that would be amazing.
Imagine that – Millwall coming down to the Memorial Stadium on the final day, with both sides still in with a chance of securing a play-off spot.
That could be an incredible finale, and as a former West Ham player, I would not be at all disappointed to see Rovers deny them a play-off place on the final day of the season.
Millwall’s FA Cup run has heightened their exposure – teams have seen them on Match of the Day, beating Bournemouth, Watford and Leicester City, and are perhaps more up for it when they play them in League One now.
So it won’t be easy for them, especially with nine games still to play, but Rovers have to keep taking advantage.
They are at Coventry this weekend for a game they should win – and a game they will win if they are at their best. Coventry won on Tuesday night, and I think that could help Rovers, because it might just sharpen their preparation a bit.

I hope we play 4 -4 -2 and Montano starts, so the same team as last week but with Burn in for The Sweeney. Hopeful of a win - 2 - 0.

Quite a bit of chat on the Coventry forums about a protest in the form of a pitch invasion. Some saying that no-one will take any notice unless the game gets abandoned. I expect the club and Police will be monitoring the forums. Mind you, an invasion by the 300 home fans will look pretty crap.
