A frustrated player who knows he's failing miserably and that thousands of gasheads are laughing at every sitter he misses. A sh*thead told me yesterday they fully believe he was bought just to hinder us and that he'll be sold at the end of the season as he's just not cutting it. I dont see how they can make the judgement that he's not cutting it when he's sat on his arse week after week. He has gone from being the number one player in a winning team, playing 90 mins week in week out, to 10 mins off the bench every once in a while for a struggling team who can barely scrape a result from one week to the next. He's richer financially, but a much poorer footballer. He could well have f**ked his career by going there. |

Sending off harsh imo. We still dont look like scoring. James has at least had a couple of chances early on, but game is completely dead. Considering the amount of games left, we still harbour play-off hopes and we are now up against ten men i believe the time has come to..... ......THROW CAUTION TO THE WIND!!! Well we didn't throw caution to the wind. However we did gather a wind from a few cautions!  Job done. well done lads. |

That has got to be the softest sending off i have ever seen. The Shrewsbury striker just makes a genuine challenge for the ball (which he is entitled to). Shocking really but these things even themselves out over a season ...i suppose ?  Totally agree with you Russ. At the time I thought he had made a very late challenge, but watching that replay shows how wrong I was and as has been said earlier on here it would appear Browns antics kidded the ref into believing it was a bad challenge. |

I thought the ref did us a couple of favours today. The sending off and the penalty both looked like dubious decisions. Anyone in the Thatchers get a good view of the foul for the pen? I havnt seen a video of the penalty but from the thatchers end it looked a clear penalty to me. |

Lets hope this was a turning point for Shrewsbury Town ,
a nice winning run for them till the end of the season will be very
beneficial for Rovers.....and Shrewsbury too of course.

I thought he was a bit late on our keeper and lee brown was standing up for the youngster just like any good pro would. I agree it was a harsh 2nd yellow though. |
