Lumley 7 Steady as normal Lockyer MOM 8 played more as an attacking full back or winger at times Clarke Salter 7 Not convinced he is physical enough for league 1, classy at times though. Sweeney 7.5 Very strong Brown 6.5 Not his best game Moore 6.5 No consistency good at times poor at others Mansell 7 Battled well Lines 6.5 Difficult surface for his game Sinclair 6.5 Nothing special but usual 100% Bodin 6.5 Missed a golden chance other than that average Harrison 6 Typical Ellis game tried but poor in truth
Easter 6.5 Not the answer James 7 Did well, 100% effort Montano NOLE
Ref 7 OK Gills 5 Poor team to be honest D.C. 7 I understand why he went for it
Poor game and how we lost I am still baffled. Frustrating watching as we lacked quality going forward, trust in D.C. as he knows what is required. Too many games against lower teams lost and often because of our gung ho approach, though I understand why D.C. went for it. Three games left and some players need to prove themselves, though I think D.C. already knows who can cut it and who can't. UTG let's go to the posh and rip it up!!

Lumley 7.5 - always looked in control
Lockyer - 8 Good game, just a couple of bad decisions Sweeney 7 - looked solid Clarke-Salter 7 - part of a back line that looked the part
Moore 6.5 - looked good at times, should continue to improve with a more regular place Mansell 7 - did very well considering the lack of games this season Lines 5.5 - has the ability but sloppy and careless too many times today Brown 6.5 - looked good at times
Sinclair 6.5 - ran and harried but not as effective as he could be
Bodin 6 - missed a couple of what are usually easy chances for him which could have changed the result Harrison 6 - didn't do too badly but never looked like scoring
Subs: James 6 - looked bright when he came on and set up a good chance for Bodin. Faded a bit. Easter 5.5 - no real impact Montano 5.5 - no real impact
Crowd 6 - a bit quiet Ref 7 Gillingham 6 - did not look very good but have to credit them with three very well taken goals

Results finally in and Tom Lockyer was Man of the Match with a score of 7.88 for his third MotM of the season and second in a row.
As far as I can tell, this is the first time a defender has been MotM despite the team conceding three goals. Roos was MotM when conceding four at Millwall while Lumley was MotM when conceding three on his debut at Walsall.
It is also close to the highest MotM score in a defeat. The highest is Lines' 8.14 in the home defeat to Oxford last season. Taylor at home to Stevenage (7.93) , Mildenhall away to Portsmouth (7.89), Easter away to Carlisle (7.86) and Lines away to Sheffield United (7.92) make up the top five.
Lumley 6.9
Lockyer 7.9 Sweeney 6.8 Clarke-Salter 6.8
Moore 5.2 Mansell 6.6 Lines 5.6 Brown 6.3
Sinclair 6.0
Bodin 5.9 Harrison 5.8
Subs: James 6.3 Easter 5.9 Montano 5.3
Crowd 6.0 Ref 7.0 Gillingham 5.5
