Lumley 6 - not his usual commanding self
J. Clarke 5.5 - got forward well at times but lacked quality Lockyer 5 - poor Sweeney 4.5 - could of done better in the lead up to the first goal. At fault for the second and numerous errors throughout the game. Harris 5 - poor
Bodin 6 - a class ahead of other Rovers players but final product was poor (pass and shots) Sinclair 5.5 - chased around. Went backward too often and was ineffective Lines 6 - similar to Bodin, clearly a class above most players but very sloppy Moore 5 - not very effective
Easter 6 - looked far better than James has recently Harrison 5 - poor penalty, one shot so far over the bar it is still in orbit, generally poor first touch and ineffective
Subs: Gaffney 6 - until he scored his goals looked less involved than Harrison was Partington 5 - didn't make an impact Broom 5 - didn't make an impact
Crowd 6 Ref 6 Peterborough 6 - we had more shots and corners than them but they were far better in front of goal and also defended better than us

Lumley 6 Did not have a chance with any of the goals in my opinion, let down by the defence J Clarke 5 beaten for pace too often Lockyer 5 run ragged Sweeney 4.5 Poorest game of his loan spell Harris 4.5 Not the answer Moore 4.5 when will the real Byron show up Lines 4.5 Too deep and too tippy tappy Sinclair 4 Not the right player in four man midfield Bodin 4.5 looses the ball easily at times Harrison 3 Poor, why did he take the pen Easter 3 Well off the pace
Partington 4 Gaffney 6 did more in 5 minutes than the other did all game Broom 4.5
Ref 4 homer DC 5 got outwitted by posh playing 3 at the back Crowd 5 Peterborough 8 clinical
Crap away end of season, yes we have done well but we are light years away from promotion places. We lack quality in crucial areas. But hey, at least we are not down like the swindle! Cheating bastards

My views;
Lumley 5 - A couple of good saves but also a couple of moments he will want to forget, scoring low as basing on this game, not generally J Clarke 5.5 - The Right side of our defence was better & he got forward well Lockyer 5.5 - Not his best day Sweeney 4 - A BAD Day at the Office, really off his game Harris 3.5 - If only Browner had been playing, particularly as Browner prefers 442 - Harris might has well have not been there Moore 5.5 - Ran about a lot, but no real impact Lines 5 - Not his best day, was playing far too deep as well. i thought he looked thinner & maybe has a bug? Sinclair 6 - Almost MoM, real effort everywhere, OK not the most skilfull but I thought he did well Bodin 6.5 - MoM despite a few dodgy momentds & not as decisive in front of goal Harrison 4 - At the start of the season i thought he was one of our most improved, yesterday other than one good moment defending, a complete waste of a space in the team Easter 5.5 - Showed his quality at times, but lacks pace Partington 5 - Still not sure what to make of him Gaffney 6 - 2 great goals but wrong to score him more highly as he wasnt on long & didnt have a lot of other impact Broom 5 - Not on long enough really
Ref 5 Crowd 6 - Better than at Gillingham, sang Irene more, dissapointed we didnt really get the Gafney song going even after his two goals Peterborough 6 - Not in anyway deserving of that scoreline, though good at taking their chances, THAT was the difference

Fare anaylsis, although why does Harrison take penaltys, why is every corner the same, and why did it take Darrell Clarke so long to get Gafney on. With what was a possible play off opportunity, we started with the intensity required and then did the usual, go backwards. It showed that with that squad we have over achieved this year, as to progress Bodin, and Lumley would be the only two I would keep for next season.

Must be honest I thought we played well yesterday and aside from at least three bad mistakes all of which were punished we were the better side. That said we do miss that clinical striker to finish off the good work and the final pass into the box was often disappointing.
Lumley 7 thought he looked his usual assured self and made several good saves. Not helped by errors by the defenders
J. Clarke 6.5 Battled hard and always willing to get forward. Lockyer 6 Not his best game Sweeney 5 Maybe this game found his weakness, having to defend against smaller quick strikers who had the ball played to their feet Harris 6 Average, didn't pick him out as having a good or bad game
Bodin 8 I thought Billy looked class and often turned several players inside out looking for the space to get a shot in. Sinclair 5 Worked hard but game passed him by. Always impresses how he rarely wastes possession by playing the simple ball. Lines 6 Played well but below some of his previous game changing performance Moore 4.5 sorry the guy frustrates me, for all his skill he rarely poses a threat. What were all those corners to the back post about.
Easter 6 You can see the underlying class but he rarely turns this into a great performance or threat on goal. Dont remember much he did of note. Harrison 5 A game to forget. Some good early flick ons, but after his poor penalty he faded away.
Subs: Gaffney 7 Not on that long but you cant knock two goals. Partington 5. Still looks rusty to me, needs an extended run to find hisform Broom 5 Average

Results in and Rory Gaffney was Man of the Match with a score of 6.30
This was Gaffney's 6th MotM of the season in all competitions, behind only Ollie Clarke who has 7.
This was the lowest rating for any player scoring two or more goals. The previous low was Matty Taylor's 7.1 after his two goals at home to Rochdale this season.
This was the ninth time that a substitute has been named MotM. Only one of those occasions has the player not been a striker, Tom Lockyer scoring 7.5 after coming on at half-time at Crawley last season. Easter (3 times), Harrison (twice), Taylor, Blissett and now Gaffney.
This was Ryan Sweeney's lowest rating in a Rovers shirt, Lockyer's lowest whilst partnering him and Lumley's lowest whilst behind him.
The starting XI average was 5.16, again the lowest in a game where Sweeney played. Coventry (5.05) had been the only lows since Walsall (4.56).
Lumley 5.8
J. Clarke 5.5 Lockyer 5.3 Sweeney 4.4 Harris 4.7
Bodin 6.2 Sinclair 4.9 Lines 5.4 Moore 5.0
Easter 5.3 Harrison 4.3
Subs: Gaffney 6.3 Partington 4.8 Broom 4.9
Crowd 5.6 Ref 5.2 Peterborough 6.6
