Congratulations to 2ND MAY  on winning this season's prediction league. (he win's a twenty pound voucher to spend in any of the Rover's club shop's). GGMI finished runner up for the second successive season. Top scorer in the final week was ALLGAS&GAITERS,who scored 27 points inc 4 Maximum's. RUSSGAS came second with 24 & 3 & GGMI third scoring 19 & 2. Thank you to everyone who took part this season. PL will be back in August. |

That's awesome! Thanks, Russ for all your hard work running this over the season. I thought I was going to get pipped at the post but I just clung on by the tips of my fingers! Cracking finish to the season - GGMI will surely go one better next season after two unlucky near misses. The prize will pay for my boy's first football shirt and I'll get his name on the back too. He is going to be 4 this summer and it's definitely something I wouldn't have got him without the prize. Who knows, this could be the difference between him supporting the Gas like his old man, or following some team oop north. We live in Leeds so this is a genuine concern  I won't allow him to be a Leeds fan, though, that's for sure! |

Yes, well done Russgas on your efforts. I have just checked through all the scores for the season and it appears my final total is 16 points short of what it should be. Never mind, mistakes do happen  , I'd just like to congratulate 2nd May on winning and I'm sure his son will wear his shirt with pride oop north and one day at the UWE. Regards, Nigel |

That is 2 years I have been pegged back to finish 2nd! I didn't realise I had finished so close though after the weekend's results.
