He got pelted because he was wrestling for the ball in the net with Harrison after Taylor's goal, Harrison rightly wanted it quickly to restart and maintain momentum
Northampton had been variously time wasting all game from 1-0 , frustration all round about that , in hindsight that time wasted could have been telling, 5 mins more..we'd have done them

We won't
Slight outside chance if we go up
No chance if we choke through playoffs

Just spoken to him in his training kit! Asked him when back and said hopefully a couple of weeks Didn't he say that two months ago? I think DC has been coaching them. He definitely doesn't let them say too much , keeps the other sides guessing keeps us guessing too unfortunately i want the beard back maybe he'll feature away at Stevenage.....

My bloody ticker!
Five mins more we could have nicked that, uncomfortable watching at times (a lot of time actually) Lines scared me to death with his flicks and watering about in front of the box
all said a point taken and earned ugly, no shame in having a draw against that team, we are better than we played today , but clearly Northampton aren't chumps and top for no reason . We could have ruined their firework display but I'll certainly settle for peeing in the sparklers !
Feel sorry for Gaffney, not at the races today and going off the boil, Really needs a goal soon now
Fancy us for smashing Yeovil next weekend then away to Stevenage, fancy a win for that too
When's the beard back ffs?

I voted not bad but not great
I truly think it's awful but I'm thinking I will do some karma to counterbalance DC and MT winning manager and player of the month which is bad juju
and we play Northampton later
Woke from a dream at 6am , can't divulge the result my slumber predicted

Even though their form is patchy they still haven't lost since dec 19th. Time to ruin their Xmas then this match is very winnable for us, every team pukes on their shirt at some point, let's make em sick

Taylor - Absolutely awesome, deadly today, he looked well up for it and it's fantastic to see a striker clearly revelling in it all
Think Gaffney worked hard today and looking sharper than last couple of outings , he needs a goal soon tho , deserves one or two more for his efforts
Fair play to Lawrence, that free kick was total class,, Lockyer made all the difference today at the back , rock solid
Northampton will be thinking this week how best to keep us out AND win, their promotion might have to wait a fortnight
Come on the gas, time to make the autos our home for good

Definitely one end behind the goal black seats and a huge scull and crossbones, the rest of the seats blue and white. It would give the ground so much character. Sounds pretty naff to me. Each to their own though! nope I'd vote for a skull n bones skull with a "k tho

Most astonishing in all this is the fact that some of the Sh!t appear able to read and write, only need to be able to get ice cream in their mouth now instead of plastered across their cheeks and foreheads and some sort of evolution will be seen to have prevailed
and one absolute chimp mentions our proposed stadium as "soul-less out of city with poor transport links"
his location
Bath
so some of them can read a map as opposed to simply following the tantalising aroma of Kentucky fried chicken
unless the carer drives it there of course

Yes I intend to walk to home games and then get a bus to Gloucester road the lack of pubs in the area is quite worrying and there will be issues with the Fox Den which is the only pub within reasonable walking distance, it's more of a family eatery, followed by the Beaufort Arms in Stoke Gifford think the Parkway Tavern sold out to co-op a bit soon ?... will there be a big big bar with a small small queue built in at UWE ?

Not hindsight. Why would you have accepted 15th? The club had momentum, a good manager, best team spirit in years with a decent set of players. I wouldn't have taken anything less than a playoff spot otherwise what's the point? Anything below top half would have been disappointing. I wouldnt, In August , have been upset if offered to stay up finishing 15th im not sure the club had that great a momentum ,the Wembley performance , penalties aside , wasn't that great and it was an emotional roller coaster for all concerned, we only just wriggled back in after the disastrous shipping of a goal in Dover I just wanted to see rovers back in the league and stay there, a season of consolidation would not have been shameful considering where we had been nobody foresaw hitting top three end of March so it's now easy to say playoffs minimum like it was expected or some sort of right. I dont for one minute disagree that we are a big club for L2 and also agree that we should absolute minimum be in L1' sooner than later, certainly based on recent performances. But I don't get too excited too early nowadays, expectation has a nasty habit of leaving a sour taste in the mouth i didn't expect it but I certainly at this point am going to enjoy it. Times like these roll around all too rarely , enjoy , utg

Totally agree, to spew up all over ourselves now would be a disaster, yes I'd have taken 15th last August, Christmas would have been happy with playoffs, now I feel this squad and DC can take 2nd or 3rd and save our tickers another Wembley sweat out. i don't think for one minute the manager is thinking any other then this or the set up for Carlisle would have been more defensive minded I'm sure Maybe DC , like me, can't stomach the thought of Portsmouth in the playoffs Would you really have taken 15th in August?! Well maybe 15th as an absolute minimum is a bit strong to say NOW but I do believe the majority of fans just wanted a steady consolidation after escaping the conference by the skin of our teeth hindsight is a wonderful thing, I think the current position is testament to the holy trinity of squad, management (DC and co not the board) and fans all pulling together My heart says top three finish , my head says playoffs as I'm worried about Aaccrington , seven games and we will know who's choked and who hasn't the new ownership and potential bright future aside, this season is all about that

I feel like Roy gives us the Germany game squad and says 'this is what you could have but Im not gonna give you that, I'm gonna give experience, Milner, Rooney, jagielka, I wonder if lampards available' Linekers at a loose end now he's divorced don't forget and Bobby C Is still alive
