Very impressed with season ticket this year. Have previously waited weeks. This one was literally less than 24 hours! Told me on the phone they were really busy with away and home tickets etc so I may have to wait a few weeks for it - which I had no problem with. It arrived the next morning!

We just have to hope accy slip up, which I think they will. Potential banana skin fixture for them this Saturday,Morecombe (who have already beaten Accy this season) is a local derby. Wasn't aware of that, great news. Here's hoping.

Honestly think we have to win every game remaining to make the top 3. Exeter being the toughest but realistically we are capable of winning them all. We just have to hope accy slip up, which I think they will. Then again they'll say the same of us. Massive point on Saturday.

He's a fantastic crosser of the ball. I'm not really expecting him to stay as don't think he's happy with the bit part role he's got here - but I think we'll live to regret that one. Powerful, pacey and accurate with the ball.

So his name had an accent on? So it's Mon-tan-yo rather than Montano? Correct

Absolute scenes, someones voted that the website is good! If it's you - i'd love to know what makes you vote so! Thats probably because you put "good" in with use it regularly, someone might think its not too good, but still uses it regularly to find out news and get tickets etc. A few more choices would have helped. I'm still not to sure what the point is with the poll? I'm not really too bothered about whether people use it, but don't think its good etc yet, just gauging a general consensus with as few options as possible for the moment.

Hi guys, I'm conducting a little research to find out what people truly think of the official Bristol Rovers website; could you please answer the above poll and give your thoughts on the website in response if you get a chance. The website is www.bristolrovers.co.uk if you're unaware! Many thanks, Harley. I think it's poor and puts the club in a bad light, just a very quick look at lunch today i found: Fans forum link still on there FL panel – link broke Share scheme still on there – hasn’t this stopped. Suspension and injuries refer to JJ OT’s suspension and Alan Gow’s ligament damage Latest transfer news is that Jeffrey Monankana has joined on loan Youth department link doesn’t work I gave up then.... I am not knocking whoever is running this as i don't know the circumstances, I just think it has been poorly managed by the club and makes us look amateurish but i am sure that this will change now that we have a real businessmen in charge. Good stuff - thanks.

I think we were told that the format/design had to comply to certain standards and could not be changed ro we could get a fine. I belive that Steve works part time so it is probably as good as it could be. No doubt when the new owners conduct a proper review of all things over the summer, the website is one of the things that will be re-vamped. We were told that indeed; but maybe we just didn't have the people in the club to faciliate such a change. Stand by!

Ollie Clarke! - he doesn't catch the eye - he doesn't grab the headlines - he's probably not one of the first names on the teamsheet - he's not likely to get MoM award .....yet he's our longest serving player, signing on with Elliott Richards in 2009. He's been on loan to Gloucester City, Mangotsfield United, Clevedon Town........ He's come back from a career threatening injury, and a succession of managers from Paul Trollope; through Penney, Buckle, McGhee, Ward, Clarke have kept him while many many others have come and gone. What do they see in him that we, on the terraces, often don't seem to? I remember seeing him in a reserve game in Trollope's time at Cheltenham's training ground. He was by far the best player on the pitch, playing right midfield. He had a turn of pace which he has lost since his injury. He's featured in about 31 games so far this season......so DC obviously values him. He does a job. I can picture 20 minutes to go. DC turns to Clarke, who gets ready to come on. DC puts his right arm around him and points to a specific player or part of the pitch, and says, 'Right Ollie, this is what I want you to do..........................' He's a Bristol lad...one of our own; only 23. It may be that every team doesn't need an Ollie Clarke, but I reckon every squad most definitely does. Nice lad. Bristol lad blah blah blah. Harsh reality to me is he isn't good enough, especially if we go up a league. I thought that too but he's really proven me wrong this season. At the start of the season he was superb and since coming back in recently he's been fantastic.

It does show how easy it is to be a Chairman when you are using other peoples money, trying to compare NH and SH is not easy as they are coming from totaly different positions. It all looks good but so it should, we now have money, we think. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I'd love to know how poorly Nick Higgs would have ran the show if it was someone else's bloody money! You'd think considering it was his he'd be even more careful!

Me thinks DC has brought him back as an absolute precaution. He did similar last season I believe. Likes to have options even if unlikely.

Hey Harley really enjoyed this one! One minor niggle is that it sounded like someone was vaping in the background which was a bit distracting. Apart from that very enjoyable ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Openly admit it was. Basically I muted myself, and that worked in Skype. But the bloody recording software records me BEFORE my audio goes into Skype. So yeah, hideous vape sound. Sorry all. In other news I feel much better with no cigarettes!

Hi gasheads, Sorry for the inconsistency with these - but the latest episode is now online! gas-cast.co.uk/podcast/013/ Please listen above! We had a few technical issues with audios - I do however know the cause so don't worry any background noise you hear will not happen in the future. If you can help us by sharing this, or getting our name out to any gasheads you know, any help would be greatly appreciated. We put a lot of time into these and of course there are a few running costs! But as long as we get as many listeners as possible I'm happy. Cheers guys, hope you enjoy. Harley.
