Band of Brothers is a must. But, once you've watched that The Pacific is a bit underwhelming, still worth a watch but not as good. Haven't seen more than a few youtube clips of Masters of the Air but I'll be getting that when, if it's released. Agree with that summary. Masters of the air is out now on Apple, but its on Apple TV. Its definitely not as good as BoB, its completely different tbh. But i think its a fair reflection of the reality of WW2, they lived very different lives. Pilots actually lived a comfortable life because they were expected to live something like 4 weeks! I don't do Apple play stuff, and I only really watch dvds when I go out to the pad abroad so hoping Masters of the Air comes out on that format.

So I've started making a list of all the shows I want to watch. Here's the ones I've ticked off in the past year that are worth recommending Your honor The last of us Yellowstone Star trek: strange new worlds Band of brothers / the pacific / masters of the air Top boy Das boot (series) 3 body problem Ted lasso (just on season 3. Season 2 wasn't very good, but loving S3) Band of Brothers is a must. But, once you've watched that The Pacific is a bit underwhelming, still worth a watch but not as good. Haven't seen more than a few youtube clips of Masters of the Air but I'll be getting that when, if it's released.

No, but everytime a post of yours goes in, it's the same boring anti Wael, anti Owners, name calling, no appreciation of anything they've done or trying to do, it's just tiresome. At least it's not your millions eh? Sorry, yes, you’re right. Thank you Wael for upholding the clubs traditional place of midtable in the third tier. Your willingness to pay out of your own pocket for poor decisions made by you and others you’ve employed should be heralded as a true golden age for the Gas. Or for giving you a Club to moan about every day? Maybe you'd like to tell everyone where you'd like to send Tom Gorringe, maybe your nickname for him, or your nickname for Wael, just in case one or two new forum members have missed your daily posts?

Your critisism is getting tedious. It's a forum. Should everyone just sit here applauding millions of pounds lost on mediocrity? No, but everytime a post of yours goes in, it's the same boring anti Wael, anti Owners, name calling, no appreciation of anything they've done or trying to do, it's just tiresome. At least it's not your millions eh?

I think you've missed the point. It's not calling for a better approach, it's asking for the name calling to be tempered down a notch. I stand by it, they're a pair of useless berks. Your critisism is getting tedious.

So one club then😂. I bet their budget is still a lot less than ours. So you would be happy if we cut ours you the same, to make a profit? Plus they only made a profit as they made £1.4 million on transfers. That does not happen every season. Some of that was down to Taylor, who most slate on here😂 Here in lies the issue. Here we are losing £2-4m a year, not going anywhere, not having a better stadium, not doing anything of note and still 4 points bellow a club that's regularly turned a profit. Rovers investment has been short term, sure it may prop us up in League One for a bit but it's not sustainable. For all WAQ's noise about "Evolution not revolution" Rovers boom and bust approach to the club hasn't changed since the early 2000's. We're still a club that sustains itself completely on match day revenue. That needs to change. I find it absolutely insane that asking for a more reasoned approach to running a football club is laughed off on here. Surely putting things in place to secure the clubs future for the next 30+ years is more a priority than the difference between 12th in League One or League Two? You've no idea how sustainable the investment is, we don't rely on matchday income to sustain ourselves and not one owner is interested in a 30 year security. You ask for for a more reasoned approach to running a Football Club? Off you go, put your ideas to the Owners, let us know how you get on.

We are in League 1. So clubs in League 2 and a not in League 1 are run worse or similar to us. Since Wael came in, we have spent 1 season in League 2. The rest of the time we have been in League 1. Compare that with the same period before he came in. So as I said, we could do better, but we could do a not worse and we are probably doing as we should be! You can see the long term plans. Improve the stadium, training facilities, bring in young players to develop. Higgs was so desperate to sign a bad deal to try and get a stadium, everything else was neglected. Even simple things like a better club shop, newer facilities in the toilets, better bar areas etc are taken for granted. None of that was even looked at under Higgs. To say they were similar is rubbish, just because Higgs signed a bad deal. Wael could have agreed to those terms. But you would soon be moaning about that, if we were losing money😂We are... We've posted record losses for three out of the seven seasons he owned the club. We? Thought your last contribution to the Club was 4 years ago?

Jennifer Aniston can't act? You take that back, that's my Wife you're talking about!! She's your wife in the same way Dr Hannah Fry is mine mate. 😎 A fine choice.

So if the £15 charge is just covering the costs that the club incur for making the cards then presumably last season the club paid £15 for every card which I guess they will have factored in to the setting of ST prices? Now that the club are saving all these thousands of £15 card manufacturing costs has that too been factored into this years ST prices and that we should therefore be grateful that this years prices are lower than they could have been? 🤔 They don't need to re-make my card, the one I already have works fine so what's the £15 for if I don't want a brand new one? Pretty sure none of my Banks don't charge £15 for new debit, credit cards on any of my accounts.

On to season two of The Morning Show, which despite having Jennifer Aniston (who usually couldn't act if her life depended on it), as one of the main characters, is very good. Jennifer Aniston can't act? You take that back, that's my Wife you're talking about!!

What % turned out to vote for Brexit? Not sure of the relevance but 72.2% turn out with 52% voting for brexit. Simple Google search could have found that out! Just trying to find similar ground with numbers voting.

..and turnout basically half what it would be at a General Election. Don't get me wrong, Labour will hold it and win plenty more at an actual General Election. Just think they are a *little* bit over the top at what was basically an expected result... Exactly. Some 67% didn't bother to vote which tells you what people think of politics from all parties. It was hardly a seismic result with Labour winning on fewer votes than when they came second in 2019. What % turned out to vote for Brexit?

I've got no problem with this route. If you don't want to use a digital ticket, you pay for one......simple. On top of £500?

£15 for a card is utterly insane. Free for a replacement membership card at Gloucestershire Cricket. The point is to discourage cards tho, so if it was free that wouldnt work. Looking at what Bristol Bears have done makes sense and is well communicated And for those without a smart phone?

And if you're 89 struggling to work out how to even send a text? Well then it’s a problem. I’m just talking personally that it’s not a problem for me. £15 after you’ve already paid for a season ticket is pi55 take if you really need a card . You're damned right it is.
