I have not received this message, so I don't know if my south stand ST has been re-activated, and if it has, to which part of the ground. I've had 2 emails this week, the first on monday making the announcement, and a second which is an Eticket which is not mine.

Complete shambles, I've had one ticket out of 3, I've no digital record of buying STs except the amounts and dates the money went out of my account.

I think the flexibility of selling tickets back to re-sell is fantastic and to be applauded. Electronic is the only way to make this work efficiently and in real time, so can only be the way forward The reticence comes if Ticketdisaster fail to make it work efficiently, you cannot blame the club for trying to maximise the access to games for fans to attend Nonsense, selling tickets back only applies to those who will have E tickets, the majority of ST holders will still have cards, bet not many take up the offer to switch. |

Maybe I'm a dullard, I don't have an Apple Pay Wallet - I think I'll print the tickets as I'm not great with the phone stuff. Queen Dullard😋 I jest of course, print it off is more than reasonable. It’s the outright refusal to get in tune with alternative ways of doing things, purely because ‘I like doing it the way I always have’. Everyone wants the new digs be it Mem or FM, god forbid some folk have a huge shock coming when the entire ground is modernised inside out. By that time you will eye retina scanning to do anything. |

When I bought the tickets, I had to go to the club shop because it was too difficult to do it online. The club shop admitted this, and now the club roll this out with 12 days to go!

I’m just going to keep my proof of purchase of season ticket in my email so I can show them that , you just know it’s going to go all tits up !! The only proof I've got is for my own, and I've got last seasons card. As I said my grandson doesn't look at his emails. Didn't even get a till receipt. The club are sorry for any inconvenience! |

The club are using E tickets for new season ticket holders. I bought one for my Grandson. We gave his email address, but he never looks at it, why should he in this Tik Tok world. Club say they are responding to the many supporters who asked for this. How many was that? Apologies for being old and out of touch. Does this mean that people won't be getting a card if they are a new season ticket holder? Do you have to print something out instead? Smart phone, but we don't let grandson take his phone. |

With some games already sold out, FGR, or close to sold out, Shrews. How does that now affect anyone wanting to buy a season ticket?

Claire told me on facebook it should be a week before FGR game. But last season when the cards didn't re-activate, I was printing email tickets for 3 games I think.

If clubs make more money on supporters who pay on a game-to-game basis, why bother with season tickets? When it's watering down on January night, and they've lost 3 on the trot, the pay on the day stay away. |
