Have to say what a great interview by Geoff Twentyman with DC. A breath of fresh air after the huge disappointment of today.

"I'm very dissapointed with Hamer. It's the first development that we've heard. It can takes years to do, that was a major hurdle we got over, and I thought we'd go to the end to get to the end. You know it's bad if Hamer cannot pull us through."

"I am a little upset of the new stadium - it'll be a breakout of us being a small club. It's been a nightmare at the mem, we need a new stadium with a better access. We cant fit 11,000 in! We cant sustain it!"

- Tom Lockyer End - Thoughts? Good interview. He said that he feels sorry for the fans with regard to the UWE news, I thought it didn't really sound as though the players felt it was that much of a negative for themselves personally. Players know there is every chance they will be elsewhere anyway by the time its built; the training ground will be more important where they will be pretty much every day, yet nothing newsworthy on that front either until the next leak.

Tony was depressing - the start of the end and DC will be off.

"Bristol as a city we haven't been-- we must be embarrassed and laughed by from other places like Manchester."

Tony was depressing - the start of the end and DC will be off. I doubt he is far from the truth though

Today in a nutshell:
1: Rovers are done for under poor ownership Wael = No communication. Hamer = Sh*t when communicating.
2: The players are slightly down and feel for the fans after stadium failure.
3: DC looks suicidal in his interview.

I don't care about UWE but the way this has been and is being handled two days before Charlton has left me feeling mugged off! The family set the date as well! Not only did they set the date, but apparently Wael is on holiday! Rank amateurs. DC will be off at the end of the season. He has already stated that he will not be happy to sit in div one. He wants to take the club into the Championship. If he does that then we'll come straight back down.....so, even if DC gets us up this season, his stock will be higher than ever. He will leave with his head held high.

Hell of a lot of compensation for us from a 5 year deal.
