So they had proposals which they gave UWE a deadline (end of July) to accept, and UWE didn't meet (ignored) the deadline. Yet UWE claim they don't know why Rovers moved on.

I don't care about UWE but the way this has been and is being handled two days before Charlton has left me feeling mugged off!
