I thought Walsall missed a trick. They should have been shooting on sight once he came on but didn't really test him enough. that was mainly thanks to our defence! They raised their games massively! Did well but a few times they had players in space with the ball but didn't shoot then also including at free kicks, they looked to cross it rather than have a go.

It was decent mind, got a banging headache after some proper strained support.

Funny, but I thought he was cooler than any of us on the Thatchers End. And as for the crap about the warm up, if you go by that we'd only put out half a team. Even Bodin struggles to score in the warm up, and don't think Gaffers ever has. Guess what guys, IT DONT MATTER TILL THE KICK OFF. I don't understand why in such a great moment you try to pick an argument and have to be a patronising so and so! I was a keeper myself and his technique on saving low shots is awful - he does it in 2 motions and not a quick one motion hence I said he looked shocking in the warm up! Up high he looks strong tho! I was just setting the scene ahead of his special moment as to how we the fans probably felt and therefore why he had great backing. Yes all that matters is the game time but he still has plenty to learn but in the same breath, I am overjoyed for the lad as it couldn't have gone any better for him! I'm sure that's why he's playing League 1 football, and you, I assume, never have?

Who else is there to go in goal though? Smith will be out for a while, possibly another month if he's broken his hand? And Slocombe will be banned for 3 games. Andre may well start the next 3 games. Emergency loan we can make Thanks Yoda.

What has me playing in league one got to do with anything anyhow! Do you think that offends me or something? I just want the best for the lad and the club.

Emergency loan we can make Thanks Yoda. Promotion we will have if leave DC does not. You have to realise the force of the Wael or relegation of sh** will not happen , and promotion of the Gas will neither but believe and it shall happen.

All hype and jokes aside I think at least equal praise has to go to our defence yesterday although we were down to ten men for most of the second half other than one deflected shot they didn't actually trouble our goal. So good to have Locks and the big Sweendog back UTG

Controversially, against what appears to be opinion on this thread, I don't think he has looked at all bad in warm ups. When slocombe was carded I was not worried about Andres ability, just the size of moment and his ability to deal with that. He did wonderfully and when you even get your goal kicks cheered, it has to help your confidence. We'll done him and the fans.

I bet you were the best keeper that ever lived - and as for his double dive - you obviously never saw one of Rovers best ever goalies Howard Radford who was a magnificent double diver for the ball

The think i noticed most, was that despite all that was going on, he obviousy remebered his coaching in slowing the game down
Fall on the ball and lie on the floor a few seconds. Move the ball to the other side for a goal kick when the oppo player put it down.
Didnt panic, didnt rush
