Montano just scored for Port Vale! Would you have him back? No. Please don't start that again. I've had a bad enough evening as it is!

Wael should get his credit card out, take every single one of them to the nearest cash point and reimburse them there and then. Don't agree. The players and DC should reimburse the 523 Gasheads. DC and the players should get their hands in their pockets and buy us some new players as well then.

You are saying Shrewsbury have a top ten budget ?....what place in that top ten 1st or 10th ? Im assuming they have someone gifting them money then (?) as shrews BEST ever average crowd was similar to Rovers last season average. So the money isn't coming from the turnstiles and merchandise etc. By the way until the season has finished P.H. has not proved anything. Strength in depth...no at league one with D.C. and his tactics they are not good enough.
So Hurst is doing even better at present than DC, how does that prove your argument DC that would get us promoted with a bigger budget, perhaps he'd just waste it on more players like Nichols? Grimsby Town had a reasonable conference budget. P.H. spent it all on his first 11...with a loan or two and a few weaker players. They did well for several seasons eventually gaining promotion. P.H. when interviewed on TV talked about his limited size squad and how Rovers had a big strong squad for the league. P.H. is a good manager..one I had hoped would be a candidate for the Rovers job if D.C. left.
P.H. most likely is doing the same at Shrewsbury. Strong 11 with little depth.
D.C. works on a strong big squad...hence why Rovers do better as the season goes on. Suspensions ,injury and form weaken the other teams who do not have the competition in the squad.
At league one D.C. does not have the strong big squad he likes and needs. Constant tactical and personnel changes through the season is his game. As you climb the leagues it costs more money to have a big strong squad. Could Rovers actually provide D.C. with the sort of money needed for his tactics to work ? I suspect the club needs to nearly double the budget for D.C. to have the same success as he had at the lower levels.

Well I for one am proud with the lads efforts tonight , 4-0 isn't that bad against the league leaders. We had some good chances to create chances today and we didn't loose our cool and get any players sent off. Onto the next project, I think playing Nichols upfront on his own tonight could of grabbed a few goals as they wouldn't expect it.

I don't get all the mimicking of DC's mannerisms when we lose. sh** defending once again irrespective of formation, players need to take responsibility. Quite right DC will apologise on behalf of the team & take some of the blame.

Don't agree. The players and DC should reimburse the 523 Gasheads. DC and the players should get their hands in their pockets and buy us some new players as well then. we lost tonight we will lose again ~ don't agree with a refund against the 2nd place team in the division. sh** happens.

Perhaps the manager needs to adjust "his tactics" to the players he has available - which is exactly what's Paul Hirst has done.
