Unpaid fence = doom That much is patently obvious. I am surprised it has got this far to be honest as most would have us believe that we were going bust 3 months ago

How do we know SH reads the forum? I can assure you he does.
I wrote a message earlier this year and he responded by a direct email to my personal email address which he knew.
He also sent me a "get well" email recently whilst I was in hospital.

Was a genuine question as you never know what is true and what’s absolute bollox on here lately

I don't think Hamer knows what's in the mind of the owners of Dwaine Sports anymore than I do. He can only communicate what he knows or rather what he thinks he knows and he's got that wrong several times. I think he's now decided that if he does not know what's going on then it's better to say nothing.

Thought we had a thread dedicated to these topics of discussion A thread? Unfortunately we have lot more than that, and we certainly don’t need another one.

As SH reads this forum, in light of the revelations of non payment with regard to fencegate, surely it is now time to come clean on the only issue that really matters. What secrecy remains over the UWE deal collapsing? We are where we are, and rather than continue to treat the fans as mushrooms, why don't both sides speak out as to why they view the reasons for the deal collapsing. I would like to think that our club has been scrupulously honest with us. But then I think about what has been said, which is basically nothing other than UWE constantly changing its mind at a level in excess of Darrells team changes, and UWE stating they were surprised at us pulling out when they were expecting to receive heads of terms. SH spoke about landing lights etc. We were even told that the Mem was not viable into the future. It is quite obvious that both sides cannot be right, but why would either side be embarrassed by the truth? The answer is that the one telling the porkies would be. In my view, the UWE is our best last hope for a decent stadium in my lifetime, and in the lifetimes of many of our supporters, so I feel it is incumbent on both sides to be honest and come clean. Talking of mushrooms, the posting about the non payment for the fence speaks volumes with regard to some of our fans. If the poster has lied about it, the simple answer is for the club to sue. If it doesn't, that will be tantamount to admitting that there are no untruths in the statement. But even now, with the statement out there, people still feel it's not the clubs fault. If you can't see a fellow gashead is trying his best to get paid without resorting to litigation against the club he loves, then being treated as mushrooms is what you deserve. Or maybe, the pies and pasties really are far more important than the stadium. Well they must be, because the pies are here, but the stadium and the training ground aren't. And sadly I don't believe they ever will be.

The Fencegate thread stated that J & G won the contract, so I guess that it's J & G Fencing which has 4 Directors listed, no idea if they are all Gasheads.

I have heard that the club have not had any away shirts in stock because Macron are waiting for bills to be paid before releasing stock. Likewise with many others, inc local disgruntled businesses.

Twitter suggest that new away kit in store on Wednesday with players appearing in the club shop. That's another bill paid.

There was a someone in the clubshop yesterday with a big bill, mind you it could have been a duck with a large hat on.
