On the flip side remember when we signed something like 39 players in the Penny-Buckle-the other one-and maybe one more era?! Led to relegation. Yeah, but would be nice to sign the players for positions DC has said he wanted since last summer.

Unbelievable and just typical of our luck. Our best players, as soon as a higher placed club come in for them they are off. No loyalty, just "thanks for the memories and for turning me into a star player from nothing, need to test myself at the highest level blah blah blah" The lower league player we want to sign, if indeed we were ever in talks with Khan, decides to stay at tinpot poxy Yeovile to play in front of 2000 home fans, for a gibberimg, mumbling muttering twat of a manager, in a side embedded in a battle to avoid relegation and stay in the Football League. We have managed to entice 1 Conference player this window, is that the highest level from which we have the clout to sign players? Absolutely shocking if true. It would be wise to THINK before you speak nastily about a chap who nearly lost his life just a short while ago - because it makes you look a twat to use your terminology I always thought that the rule of thumb on this forum was "attack the post, not the poster" Before I wrote this post I researched the RTA To ensure that Darren Way had not sustained any brain injury. Fortunately his injuries, although extremely severe, were physical, and there was no suggestion of mental impairment. when you come to think of it, how likely would a professional football club be to employ a brain-damaged person as their manager/ Head coach?. It would therefore appear that mr Way's manner of speaking results from him being a Yeovillian, if that's the correct terminology and he would therefore have sounded like a muttering, mumbling twat before his accident. It would also appear that you don't know as much as your username implies. There, I didn't insult you once. Easy, isn't it?

Stand by for shock signing apparently. Matey from Peterborough perhaps? Only made 4 appearances since 2016 but might turn out to be a shrewd loan

Which makes the fact he doesn't seem to have recruited anybody this January a big concern, it'll be a big task now for DC to keep the squad going until May. Imagine if Sincs or CL/OC picked up a long term injury DC would have to turn to Moore or the untired, at this level, Mensah. Likewise what happens if Locks doesn't recover for Saturday and then TB or RS gets an early knock or red card?
