Clearly a drunken WUM.
No one in their right mind would value Moore that highly.

Even though I am probably as gutted as you sound about Bodins transfer, if a player is determined to play at an higher level & has refused to sign 4 improved offers from Rovers what options were left. When you say we been done over by the 82ers ,were they able to hang onto guality players like Albert Adomah & Jonathan Kodja?

Adomah went for over £2 million and Kodjia went for a fee that could rise to £15 million.

At least Taylor signed another contract to insure a future transfer fee, even if a lowish release cause was inserted. He could quite easily have done what Bodin did and refuse to sign but done the decent thing, whoever he joined. Bodin forgot who got his career back on track which enabled him to pursue his dreams. It wouldn’t have done him any harm to do the same as Taylor but like people say, loyalty and gratitude is a thing of the past.

Not sure that Taylor signed a contract TO ensure a fee, rather than continue to put himself in the shop window by continuing to score, whilst having a low release clause. How long did Taylor have left on his contract? Same as Billy I think.

Taylor did refuse to sign and let his contract expire so could go on a free. Then he signed a new contract on a free (which happened to be with us, presumably coz we offered the best deal).

If someone offered us 50p for Moore we would snap there hands off! It would free up his wages. Only reason he's still here is because he was on a 2 year deal. If the other players are in the last year of the contract, I can see them being sold as well. If like Bodin, they are not willing to sign a new deal.
