Has anyone considered if Otis Khan is one of the rumoured 2 signings that the delay is deliberate ? Yeovil play tomorrow night so if we wait until Weds to sign him he'll only have 3 games left of his ban rather than 4 if we signed him today or tomorrow. Good thinking but the same theory also applies if he's off to Bradford? Although DC did say one of the players he hoped to sign was an exciting one to watch.

Do we really want that thug A thug because the lad makes one honest mistake? I’m sure he’s not a thug but I’m not sure it was an honest mistake either. In the end we never saw it but if he pushed the ref as he was reported to do then that was very very wrong whatever the motivation. I hope we have the older experienced players to put an arm around him and steer him away from that stuff. If he’s one that we are expecting to sign then DC might be the exact man to work with him and divert his frustration (because I suspect that’s what it was) into something that will harm the opposition, not the ref! UTG!

UTG! Honest mistake was probably a poor way to put it, It was a stupid decision in the heat of the moment and one he deserved to be punished for. He's definitely not a thug but he's obviously not innocent either. From what i've heard/seen he is a good player and I'd be surprised if he ended up here especially if some of the top L1 clubs are after him but equally delighted as he is a calibre of player that would improve the squad. We will just have to wait and see what the next couple of days bring us in terms of signings.

I suspect because it was the last minute, it gave a goal away against their nearest rivals and they lost meant it was so important. Pure frustration I’m sure and DC would be a good person who would be good for him but atm I guess it’s all speculation much the same as half the Forum is like that!! 😀 UTG!

Having looked at a few highlights of Otis Kahn, he looks a very good technical player.
Scores goals, also creates a lot, got a terrific dead ball and scored a few free kicks in his time at Yeovil.
In a very similar mould to Sercombe, that would be a very attacking midfield, Kahn's scored 10 this season, Sercombe has scored 8, It would be an exciting signing for sure.

Will be very surprised if it is Khan but very pleased. only trouble is it would mean we would probably have to sign a loan winger to cover his suspension!!!
