Stuart Sinclair has spoken in glowing terms about how special it is for Bristol Rovers players to play at the Memorial Stadium.
Rovers are currently on a six-match unbeaten run and have won their last two matches at the Mem despite falling behind.
On both occasions the Rovers fans created a raucous atmosphere which no doubt helped to spur the side on to second half comebacks.
This weekend sees high-flying Shrewsbury visit BS7, and Paul Hurst's side are showing no signs of letting things slip as they battle for a surprising automatic promotion.
Stuart Sinclair has been in good form for Rovers recently
But Sinclair is confident Rovers can use the atmosphere at the Mem, and the Rovers fans, to their advantage.
"We know that we have to be ready to match them on Saturday and make sure that we are on top of our own game," Sinclair told Rovers' website.
"I'm sure it will be a very good game and a tough challenge.
"It's an amazing place, isn't it?" said Sinclair when talking about the Mem.
"In the last few games, we have come back to win and that heightens the atmosphere, not that we want to go behind in each game.
Sinclair says the Mem is an "amazing place"
"The roar of the crowd is awesome when we have scored late on in games."
"That's why people go as children and why people keep on coming to games and you probably don't get scenes like we have seen recently at the Mem in many other places across the country."
Sinclair also reflected on Rovers' recent upturn in form, which has seen them rise to 11th in the League One table and put themselves closer to the top six than the bottom four.
"With those three draws in a row over the festive period, we thought that we were playing quite well away from home and perhaps a little bit unfortunate that we didn't pick up a win away from home slightly earlier," said Sinclair.
Rovers are now on a six-match unbeaten run
"Not winning away from home since October highlights that we still have a problem. We can't think that the last four games have suddenly solved the issue, we need to make sure that we are playing like we have been away from home over the course of the season, rather than just a short period of games."
"The recent run is a positive. We are now looking up, rather than down the table, but there is still a long way to go."

The South stand Vs Donny was the loudest I've heard it in a long time. You can also feel the atmosphere from the rest of the ground too, it's definitely getting a back to its best.

Sometimes think SS is living the dream. Probably thought his chance of a league career had gone and then signed for us in non league, became a bit of a legend even in such short a time and has had three good seasons in the league. Often written off by some but a player who has really taken on each challenge as it comes and made lots of people eat their words. Epitomises what Rovers are all about imo. He would have loved evening matches at Eastville! UTG!

Every team needs a Nobby Stiles / Brian Godfrey in their team.

Some poor recruitment, bad managers, woeful contracts, a lot of issues off the pitch and a ground in decline. We were a complete shambles on and off the pitch. I genuinely believe Rovers now epitomises what Sinclair is not the other way around. Players like Sinclair, Brown, McChrystal, Mansell, Lockyer and DC literally dug our club out of the sh**.
