Hes right though surely? If hamer is aggrieved and underwhelmed by the owners he should stop taking salary from the club and do the honourable thing and resign. Why? I bet over half of us feel like that about our employer. Not me though if you're reading this Dave. I love my job. Please don't sack me, I need the money. Thats very true of course and anyway hes probably not aggrieved or underwhelmed anyway its just yet more "in the know" crap.

Yeah like finding someone to put between £60-90m of money into the club with no way of knowing if you will get it back. You know like steve lansdown and quite a few others. Easy right? I don't think it even has to be that. Good deals to get kids going and hooked will do. Again they are streets ahead of us on that. If you buy a kids season ticket then they get a free kit. I think the ticket is around 80 quid. The amount of kids in full kit round BS3 is silly. Just get the free kits sorted then no need to worry about a better ground or getting in the championship or anything all our problems solved. Well done.

Perhaps he's one of the people DC keeps referring to who he says are working hard behind and are passionate about Rovers, if so, then do we really want him to quit? Then what, DC follows him? To be honest so many "in the know" posters havnt turned out to be "in the know" that i cant believe i even commented on it. A new poster comes on here peddling his agenda and claiming inside knowledge yet again with no credible evidence.

I am happy to wait until March to see if there is anything in these possible going ons before saying it is rubbish.
I mean the current board don't say anything so everyone is assuming they must be busy at work doing something. They clearly haven't got any further developing the ground last time a checked.
Glad the CD is ruffling feathers too. As long as it is for the good of the club, I'm all for it.

With no agenda , I can post what I’ve heard when I like and you can choose to respect it or ignore it as it’s yours and bluebutterflys choice , but others on here may be interested to hear what I have had to say regardless of what you think. There’s no agenda just like there’s no money .

Have you put 2 & 2 together yet to work out why the club were so reluctant to pay for the fence, as it seems the issue was far bigger than just a lack of money? If we have no money who's paid to bring in Mensah, Craig & Bennett when DC could have been simply told to bring in 3 cheap loan players plus if the ALQ's have no money who's invested £12m+ in the club?

Someone's paying the grand for the Oxford beamback. Probably a loan against the ground.

The teds are in a different league with this kind of thing.
My daughter is 9 and goes to school in North Bristol. Every month she comes home with a form from Bristol Sport for after school activities which take place at their school. At the end of this they get a free ticket for the child and one adult to watch City or Bristol Rugby, and get to do a lap on the pitch at half time.
Now, no daughter of mine will ever set foot in that stadium unless its to watch Rovers play them (ok so maybe a cup game!!) but I'm sure many kids will get their first sporting experience at Trashton and many will no doubt go back, some may turn into lifelong fans.
I cant remember experiencing Rovers doing anything like this through local schools so City Bristol Sport are picking the kids up unopposed.
