Payment failing for me too. I sent the club a barrage of emails about the system including the renewal date mistake.
It wouldn't be Rovers if it worked perfectly first time would it?

Prices have gone up what did you think would happen? Read my post above.

The price increases are actually quite a bit across the board to be honest. From a business point of view I understand it but from a customer point of view not ideal. Still undecided on what to make of them! it's explained in the blurb on the website.
my ST has gone up 15 quid in the East Terrace and my dads OAP one about 20 quid I think. I can't complain too much about that

I phoned the store and purchased it over the phone for my U11 nephew. Then used finance for my ticket. And £23 for 23 games is a bargain can’t argue with £1 a game surely ? I guess you used to pay £5.75 a season which is 25p a game if the U11 tickets have increased by quadruple?A better educated assumption would be that he sits in the South or South West stand. Even so £46 for a seat for an Under 11 is hardly expensive. £2 a game in 2018 I’ll take that.

Different ways to skin a cat. I don't think it is expensive but the other way to look at it is, is that it is over a 300% price increase.

Everyone knows it's going to be chaos on the first home, right? People will be trying to put their cards against the thing the wrong way, upside down, or just waving them vaguely at the stewards - all the old boys will get frustrated and this place will be hilarious with people's heads falling off all over North Bristol lmfao 😂

This is true, hopefully the increased prices will allow the club to spend more on players and stadium updates ? I’m just happy to have another year of football at the men regardless of price

Don't complain then. In fairness your views are not very balanced anyway and you always defend the club pretty much regardless so it invalidates your opinion to me anyway.

Does anyone know what new role the supporters club will be playing ?. If there is no shop to buy items ; tickets ; S.T renewals: What are fans paying £12 under the 2018/19 fees for ? Where will it operate from ? What will be the new make -up ?

The STs prices (at least for terracing anyway) have been good for years and havent gone up that much over that time Its gone up less than a quid a game for me. I dont have to defend anything. 12 quid a game is good VFM. I have been plenty critical of the club in the past btw, so it makes a change to be called a cheerleader and not one of the original 50 internet warriors

Disappointed at the price increase for kids in the South Stand to be honest.
Tried renewing online with finance but it's really not an easy system to work. You have to reserve your ticket with the club first??
I also was unable to log in or create an account to do anything online.
Something of a failure I'd say.

It takes you back doesn't it? Although the WUM in me wants to say "The girl could have gone to all games if we had an all seater stadium. Wael out' etc For those who haven't seen it:
