I see Shrewsbury are launching their new safe standing area with a 3 for£50 offer for their first three home games. One of these games being our visit there.

Manchester United have applied for permission to install rail seating for up to 1,500 fans at Old Trafford.
United, one of the major supporters of safe standing, made the request to their local Safety Advisory Group (SAG) in December 2019.
The club proposes to replace some existing seats in the north-east corner of the stadium.
Season ticket holders in that area have been told a safe standing trial is likely to take place later this season.
In minutes published from a recent fans' forum meeting, United said it believed the introduction of rail seating will "enhance spectator safety" in areas of "persistent standing".

I appreciate other views on standing at matches. But I would also appreciate someone thinking about standing when just behind you in an all seater stadium there is a small child or an older supporter who cannot see the match because a six footer is stood when he should be sitting. Personally, I used to love standing in the Thatchers end but now with arthitis in both knees that is not possible now. I am a season ticket holder in the East Stand along with my wife. No one stands there, so why is it that Rovers fans go away and insist on standing and never mind the people behind who can't see. That is why we never attend away games.

What annoys me too though is when you get stewards or fans behind you asking you to sit down or tell the people in front of you to sit down. If someone is standing up in front of you, then you are oging to stand up as well. If someone behind has a problem with that, then that is for them to sort out. I don't mind standing but won't stand if nobody is standing in front of me.

What relevance has this got to this thread? The whole point of it is that premier league and championship clubs can apply to install safe standing areas in their grounds so those who want to stand can without disturbing those who want to sit, if Man Ure get their wish they'll still have 75,000 seats, surely that's enough?
