Where's all this money coming from for new stands, bar revamp, club shop, season tickets, Rodman, Payne, Reilly, new pitch?
For an owner who's supposed to have his hands taken away from the purse, we're spending.

Bar Revamp - Insurance Payout Club Shop - Macron paid for it. New Pitch - If they hadn't of cocked it up last year it wouldn't have cost anything !

Try again Wael Assuming we got at top guess £750k for Ellis. 3 new players on what £100k per year? And their insurance, and Agent fees. Pitch cost what, £100k? 3 new stands, each about £50k? That's pretty much his fee gone. Try again Wael? What's that supposed to mean?

Through attendance I guess but still initial outlay? Bar revamp on insurance. Insurance paid for by the club. Club shop, fair enough. Still leaves us paying for the pitch.

For an owner who's supposed to have his hands taken away from the purse, we're spending. This was covered in another thread. I asked TG about this and he said that the new stands cost £10k each, with one main stand sponsor it will cover the cost and then tickets sold for each game will be pure profit on top. All but one stand is now sponsored. Macron paid for the club shop. The bar area were largely sponsored by the companies that are part of the 1883 club and a good top up from the insurance payout for the flood damage.

It was just a question to try and understand why an investor, after 2 years, is accused of not spending money and now wants to sell after these outlays at a possible loss?

I think the impression being given is that it's better to cut your losses early rather than let them build.

They have to pay the upfront cost and pay back is over a period (how long...) surely so there is an initial outlay....Bar Revamp - Insurance Payout Didn't realise that Nobby, what was the claim for?Club Shop - Macron paid for it. Good bit of business then.....New Pitch - If they hadn't of cocked it up last year it wouldn't have cost anything ! Still doesn't take away from the fact they have paid out £300,000 on the pitch though....And what about the money spent on new staff, development squad etc... or is that cost neutral if we get a cup run?

Water damage but I thought that was in the East Stand so can't see how that paid for a North Terrace bar revamp.

Lee Brown told them it was the wrong type but they carried on anyway, leading towards Brown leaving and mentioning we're going in the wrong direction etc
