Again, how did you come to that assumption? That's why I asked, just like you claimed that blokes were complaining about feminism and demanding men should get more respect. Where was that? No offence. This is you complaining about feminism: "The feminists will tell you they want to be treated equally and no different to Men. Until they get a harmless song about taking it up the wrong un, aimed at them, that is." This is you appearing to me as offended and het up: "Jesus wept..." "The Worlds gone mad..." "C'mon, its ridiculous..." "Lets just stop everything..." How is that complaining about feminism exactly? Yep, that certainly appears that I'm offended and het up. You must be brilliant at Cluedo?

How is that complaining about feminism exactly? I don't really understand how you might think it isn't.

I don’t know about in this situation because I don’t know the girl but I’ve found lately in society it’s outsiders that are more offended than the victim that make such a fuss about things.
Also I’ve been away with rovers in the past when exactly the same thing has happened

I take it there is no problem in singling an opposition fan out with "you fat bast**d", "does your boyfriend know you're here" or calling the referee a w*nker...they have feelings too y'know!

I don't really understand how you might think it isn't. So are you complaining about me? Do we now have to do ten pages of words don't really mean anything and similar boring stuff? If you want to carry on, then PM me.

If you want to carry on, then PM me, coz we're taking up forum space that could be used for football. No we don't. I was just intrigued that's all. Apparently making a quip, comment or remark means you're complaining or het up in your eyes. Never mind.

These days theres always somebody offended at something. Lets just stop everything. To be honest, you're the one who seems to be the most offended by all this. No he is not! It's a sad day when a group of blokes at a football match direct a sexist chant at a young lady, when they are supposed to be watching a football match. Nothing wrong with blokes looking at members of the opposite sex rather than watching the game, but they clearly crossed the line with the content of their chant.

No you aren't. No woman should have to put up with that at a football match or anywhere else for that matter. So we can call blokes "C*nts" "Wankers" "Pricks" and chant songs to opposing players, managers, supporters as long as they're Male? But Woman shouldn't have to put up with it? C'mon, its ridiculous. It was a harmless chant at a Football Match. Yeah right. Do you think that will encourage more female fans if they're going to have to put up with that?

Plenty of women attend Football matches where obscenity's are frequent and chants are aimed at players, managers and fans. I've seen plenty of women involved in the chanting themselves. I don't know why female fans will be discouraged from going to games anymore just because a chant of "Does she take it up the arse" was heard.

This all happened when a Luton player was laying motionless up the other end of the pitch.
After about 9 minutes of suspended play, someone in the back of the Rovers crowd started a slow handclap. The Luton fans responded with chants of "You're an embaressment!", and then the Chlamydia thing started up, as well as a question regarding a particular sexual position....
Note I'm not saying the lady it was aimed at was doing the slow clapping, I couldn't see from where I was.

What a way to get treated on your day off from the ironing and house work. I’d be upset to.

Pretty sure that video shows harassment though? Pretty sure it doesn't. If the recipient of the abuse feels harassed, alarmed and/or distressed then it would be considered harassment. Other people being upset and disturbed as a result of the abuse directed at another person can also used as evidence. Just saying, like.

And by repeated, I believe they mean in the sense of on more than one occasion, not simply repeating the verse. Not a lawyer, though, so don't take my word for it.

Refs being wankers is a factual statement, and no matter how many times they say they don't, all Woman like it up the arse is too.
