I’ve been very low about the gas recently as I’m sure many others have, we feel helpless, cheated and let down. It could all be too much for some and we could flight but what a waste of time, effort and energy that would have been in all the years of following the gas! We are just left with memories and a bitter taste! If you’re like me and have felt like walking away then I urge you from now until the end of the season to fight with everything you have to try and get our rovers back. Wael and co out!!! I’m sorry but I feel backed into a corner by our owners and horribly mistreated, time to come out fighting with everything we have!!!
Up the f**king gas family and come on you blues!
THIS IS OUR CLUB!!!! WE ARE NOT A TOY!!!

In any one of your 90 post's, have you ever said a positive thing about Bristol Rovers? Serious question.
I also notice your username, a code maybe..?

Yes but it’s often been like this. Our owners have usually been well meaning and have been ok, most of the time. What they haven’t been able to do is move us to the next level and sort out the major problem of the ground. What makes it different this time is the hope that the Al Qadis gave fans and the apparent ease with which they said the ground would be sorted. Consequently I felt, and I won’t speak for others, that this time would be different. It still might be but the signs don’t look good and the overall feeling is very negative and all the noises coming out if the club indicate that money will not be spent to resolve our problems. But I’ve always supported the club whatever. I always think that that is what gasheads do. Blimey, we’re hardly chasing glory are we? UTG!

In fairness the Al Qadis have never publicly promised anything.
They’ve simply acknowledged the club needs improved facilitiws

Whilst the owners are not telling us what we want to hear some posters really need to chill.

So we are playing at the best stadium we've played at for years, have one of the best managers we've had for years and are playing at the level most agree is our level. We haven't got a new stadium (we never did have) or our own training ground (we never did have) If we constantly look and compare ourselves with other clubs who have more than us we will just make ourselves miserable, just look at some of the posts on this forum to prove that. Try it over the next few days, compare yourselves to wealthier individuals, look at their car, house and life style and see how you feel afterwards. We should be grateful for what we have, accept it and do our best with what we have.As a fan let's be honest we can only go to games and support the team. If fans think they can influence our progress off the pitch they are mistaken, we don't have the money so we don't have the power, that's the reality. Virtually ever fan for every club will say 'we need a striker' like they grow on trees and you just pluck one off, football isn't like that, neither is life, nothing worthwhile is easy. So this is it, compare ourselves to what we had not with other clubs, be grateful and be positive. UTG.

They’ve simply acknowledged the club needs improved facilitiws While they may not have promised anything, what is the point in buying a club and not investing money to improve it, surely with the intention of getting into the prem, or winning a cup, or at the very least get them red buggers as worried as they were when they bought taylor to put a spanner in our works.

Do you refer to Rovers as they rather then we ? I feel a part of the club I think LJG would defend the Alqs if they watered on his kids. I also feel disconnected from our club once again, and it is obviously an absolute shambles on and off the pitch right now.

So if we can get 10000 fans to be owners of the club - we’d only have to pay £300 a year to cover the clubs losses. How much to buy the club? Lol 😂

In fairness the Al Qadis have never publicly promised anything. They’ve simply acknowledged the club needs improved facilitiws To add this doesn’t mean I’m happy about this just I don’t think we’ve ever been promised anything Yes it's noticable looking back that they appeared to be careful not to promise anything however they certainly never quelled any speculation about their finances or intentions, the most we got was Wael's insistence on evolution and that the club "needs" a new stadium. But that is obviously a far cry from stating that we will build you a new stadium, or even we will do our best to buuld you a new stadium. I suspect they never had the clout to deliver UWE from the start if they could only afford the groundworks for a training ground.
