So much we dont know about the owners. Why the UWE failed = dont know Training ground = dont know When the debt overtakes the value of the mem = dont know Why no communication = dont know Why london office = dont know Posters like swissgas making dark warnings about the future is just based on assumption, presumption and guesswork. We just dont know whats happened or is happening. Said this a few times. They could be doing nothing. But then again they could be working on an amazing plan. We don't know, but everyone is making out they do, just because they can't talk about it. Hopefully we will get good news at some stage. No, some of us do know what is going on. Maybe not all the fine detail but enough to know that things are looking very poor. AND if you really want real evidence of the general picture, then Steve Yates _ one of the quietest men in football - confirmed it at that event before the match. He said DC is great guy. Really understands the fans. Passionate. Wael is a decent guy. But family will not give him money. No building is going to happen under them.

Hopefully we will get good news at some stage. "They could be working on an amazing plan" Spoiler alert: they're not! So you know what Wael, Hamer, the CEO, the business development person based in London are doing every second of every day?? People like you say, Hani does not waiste money, so he wouldn't employ them, to do nothing. The two don't add up together. Either he waists money, or he doesn't?? Expect you also said Higgs was doing nothing. While he was planning Uwe for years in secret, with Uwe, Sainsbury's and planners etc?? I'm not saying they are. But there is no way we would know either way, so I'm not trying to make out I know, like others. We know they bought the Colony land. We know they paid £1 million on year to do with Uwe and similar projects. We know they held a meeting with residents and business near the mem, to look into that option. So we know they were looking into their options, we don't know if they still are though. We don't know if they are looking to sell, or in talks with potential investors, to fund project's. Any new scheme would take longer than this though. So we are unlikely to find out either way, for atleast another year. So plenty of time to keep moaning about them. It's all guess work on here and it could still go either way.

So, you don't use the updated bars or shop then, both designed to give Clarke more money to waste. The truth is we have won 2 promotions on the training ground we had, and the ground doesn't affect how we are on the pitch. Lets face it this is the best pitch we have ever had. It is just Clarke trying to lay the blame at someone elses door. He has dropped to zero in my estimation The bars have been paid for by thatchers and butcombe on three year deals and the shop has basically made us not operate out of a office. I would guess that conference players and Lg2 are probably more accepting to clearing the fox sh** before training and then playing home games in a ramshackle home ground- I would also guess that this scenario also makes us need to pay over the odds to attract players who can compete in L1 who in reality are not worth the money. If you are happy with how things are progressing off the pith, or are simply content with how things are right now- then for enough, but I for one am not. We've got no divine right for a shiny new stadium or training ground but we should expect as a minimum to told what the long term aspirations of the owners are for the club, yesterday we learned more in 2 sentences from DC that we have from the board in 2 years. Correct. I'll give Tom Gorringe one thing. He's very good at sponsorship deals. Nearly everything that has been done at the mem has been through sponsors money. Also the shop was a logistical problem due to the entrance on a match day. Now that problem can be managed better. and old guinness suite was appaling. Everyone wins. He is on commission. If you want to be cynical about that go ahead. More he gets for this stuff, more he earns.

Daniel I admire your loyalty to the owners but unless DC wants the sack this weekend why would he say there's no stadium plans if the ALQ's are working on them, it's pretty obvious they are working on the evolution model of slow progress which to be fair to them is what they've told us they were doing anyway. Incidentally it's WASTE not waiste!!

And if results were better a lot of this would not be looked at so closely. They are also making some mistakes, such as the Starnes / Hamer situation. They've never run a club before and have lost 3 very experienced members of staff.

We didn't know what the old board used to do. Plus DC said I don't think we will get them, while I'm in charge. He must be expecting the sack pretty soon, if our form continues. So I don't think anyone expects anything that quickly lol. Wael was there yesterday. Lots saying he's staying at though. Can't beat a good rumour lol

But we also know they hired consultants and then let them go on the quiet and we also know they could only afford 2 million for a training ground...does this sound like a family who can build a stadium costing 20 million plus?

Some succeed, others fail. Yates was employed by the club at a senior level until recently. He was talking about what he knows of the people at the club (they are still here) and the situation. You presumably know little about football if you think that everyone knows nothing. Never said wael wasn't interested. He just doesn't have the money, the backing or the experience. And if you own 92% of something there are not many people around you (shareholders/ to ask for help.

Anyone else feeling utterly depressed this morning? Yes the problem is you are watching and powerless as it all unfolds beneath your eyes, can't see us staying up as we can't score enough goals and unless we unearth a Barry Hayles we are doomed. DC said what we all think and maybe he is looking for a BR EXIT

They won't pay for it themselves no, but they have plenty of contacts, so can hopefully get it funded still. Not many people have enough spare money, to pay for it themselves. So most other owners, will be in a similar position. There are other ways of getting things done, but obviously, they take even longer.

Someone else that is willing to pay £3 million a year to keep us going, yet still raise the budget every season. Good luck and I agree if someone is willing to do it and more, they should take it, if they have no long term plans. Pointless forcing them out, without a new buyer though!! Unless you want us to go bust??? Wael was at the game yesterday. He's not hiding. Messaging there other business is crazy lol

The same sources that said they were putting in no more money and not paying bills, over a year ago?? Or the ones that said we were sold already?? Even though they were putting in no more money and not paying bills, the budget went up. How does that work?? Got to love people posting things on here, Facebook etc, like they are facts.
