I'm finding the Salford bashing a bit odd. Nobody is criticising the premiership, which consists of corporations, basically 0's on stock markets, the football arm of which is funded by TV revenue from foreign plastic fans. At least Salford fans live in salford . I don't understand Sunderland either, got nearly 40 on new years eve, and 14k less for a play off. Please somebody enlighten me. Sunderland supporters hacked off they didn't get automatic promotion ?

Well done Rory. I wonder when it will sink in though that 3 years ago he was a regular and getting promoted from the league above. Whereas yesterday he was a bit part player for a team in the league below. Don't get me wrong, he did the right thing for him financially, just must take the edge off of yesterday. I also wonder what happens to him now as well? If he couldn't get in the team before then what chance does he have in the league above? Salford have a reputation for being quite ruthless with their team in recent years. Has to be done...WYHHB? 😛

Mansfield Vs Newport 2nd leg
The Exiles missed two great chances so far, should really be 3-1 up on Agg! The first of which was an absolute sitter by Josh Sheehan.

Smaller well funded clubs continue to enter the league. Lets hope our owners get a grip of our finances as we arnt going to be able to sustain our current losses longterm

It only holds 9000 but it’s a smart little ground. Extend the stands a little into the corners, sort the near side stand out and add a tier onto one of the ends and it would suit us fine. Our ground is a shambles compared to most clubs in league 2, let alone league 1.

Watching this league 2 playoff tonight not sure our bunch could beat either of these.
If Newport stay down they have some real quality players we should be looking to tempt over the bridge.

Definitely one of the best 0-0’s I’ve ever seen.
Unbelievable amount of great chances not taken.

Also have recently opened a £2m training ground, Salford have also recently opened their own Academy, Lincoln have also opened a new training ground. It can't be many years before we'll have both the worse ground and training facilities in the EFL. It's looking like Bolger v Day for the pens will now decide the Mans v New tie.

Here’s one to keep you busy... name 10 clubs in the football league with a stadium that’s worse than ours.
