If he could learn how to get his head up and read the game he could be decent. but he hasn’t learned it yet and the oxford game aside he always seems to just put his head down, run in to trouble and hardly ever scores. Not league 1 standard yet. Scored a couple more than Nichols so far but Nichols is a much better player in every other department. I’d be happy to see us keep Nichols and JCH, loan out Reilly to a league 2 club and bring in two loan strikers. Jak wouldn’t be one of them. Nichols does run with his head up and can see the pass but he is is not better than Jak in every department Jak is stronger can turn his man from a standing start and is a much more likely to score

Bonham and Jak would be a surprisingly good start to the window for us. No doubt those who don’t want us to sign him are the same ones who were so against Harrison (wonder why that is). I see a lot of similarities between Jak and Ellis, both big and mobile units who with a bit of hard graft could be very useful at this level. Anyone at Oxford away this season would’ve seen the potential he has. An on form JCH and Jak would be promotion chasing strike force imo. Edit - as some have said very young as well. Ellis took time to improve. Also whoever said about the two goals scored ffs man have a look at his goals to minutes ratio vs a certain golden boy Nichols! Jakubiak? Big? He's like 5'8" and hardly 'well framed'. Not sure what players you’ve been watching Jakubiak is around 5’10 and Ellis around 5’11 Both are stocky build and not exactly twiglets like Nichols.

Surely EH has to be 6'+ given how many header he won in our own penalty area, or at leasrt 2" or 3" taller than Jak who hardly wins any header.

5.807 feet is not the same as 5ft 8ins. 0.807 of a foot = 9.684 inches
