We played a lot of games in September but remained unbeaten over the 7 matches. Ok will concede we lost on penalties to Plymouth but remained unbeaten over 90mins and got a point. I really believe we could go unbeaten in October as well even with some challenging opponents we don’t historically do well against. We lost heavily home and away to Doncaster and always struggle v Portsmouth and Bolton for example. 3 of the 4 games are home so could GC possibly win Manager of the month for 2 months running?
MK Dons H currently in 15th position Doncaster A currently in 9th Bolton H currently 23rd Portsmouth H currently 19th
I accept the above positions will change with us not playing again for 2 weeks

Let’s hope that GC doesn’t get the dreaded manager of the month award then! Love the optimism there but there’s some tough old games there I’m afraid.

Some tough games there.

.. clearly a Gashead! I'm the same, anything above relegation is a bonus but just starting to think GC does know this league, and his record from when he took over is very decent indeed. Enjoying my Mem visits again. UTG!

Away to Doncaster I would take a point all day long. Home against MK Dons, Bolton & Pompey I can honestly see a minimum of 7 points there.

Back to the OP if we avoid defeat at Doncaster then we could well be serious top 6 challengers.

Take one game at a time. MKDons prepare well for that. Then think about Doncaster. Then.... In a way although unbeaten at home which is great I’m more confident, strangely, about away matches. UTG!

I will endeavour to do better in the future.
