No matter how many outrageous things happen at the club many fans still defend Wael’s leadership and say they believe he is working hard in Rovers best interests.
What would be the reaction if it was announced that next season we would start groundsharing with another club while plans for a new stadium were “finalized” ?

I'd like someone cleverer than me to make sure we would actually end up with a ground.

I would say I wouldn't trust our current owners as far as I could throw them and that we would end up homeless.

They’d probably relocate us to Jordan. To be fair after all, we are the Black Arabs.

Wonder who they would get to make that announcement?
One of the girls from the South Stand pasty hut?

No matter how high in the league we go, or how much money the board pump into the club fans still try to stir stuff with ridiculous hypothetical questions. What would be your reaction if it was announced that all the stirrers just had some weird axe to grind and kept coming on the forum with ridiculous posts in order to provoke a "reaction"?

How about we give our reaction if it ever happened? Rather than 'let's make up a new scenario for the day to bash the board'

Get us out then sell to recoup losses? Sounds feasible.

You know something the rest of us don't Swiss? For the record, unless we had concrete plans and a firm move in date, I think there would be a massive uproar if we were moved away from Bristol without any provisions in place.

I do hope there’s a reason you ask and you’re not doing this to stir up some anger.
We’re angry enough at things as it is right niw without something like that to worry about.
Of course, it would be seen with great cynicism that any genuine plans were afoot.

Ooooh....a big pot being stirred!!🤣🤣😱 Yes, but I’m sure you can see why Oldie, if you were Wael’s wiser older brother I am sure this is one of the things you would be telling him to look at. If you owned a widget factory and were running out of cash what would you do ? Sell the machinery and get rid of the skilled people who made the widgets ? Or sell the building, relocate to a new one, and use the cash generated to revitalize the business ? Think of Rovers as a football factory. If the ground is sold and 20 million raised then Wael’s share is 5 million. If he is prepared to roll that over into the club (with no security of course) and get in the right partners with the right amount of cash to invest plus the skills (which he doesn’t have) to run a business properly then we have a chance.

My understanding is that when Higgs did the deal to sell the club to Wael’s mob , in the contract there is a clause that the Mem can’t be sold until a new stadium is in place. Hopefully that is correct or we could really be in a worrying place if new owners can’t be found.
