Is this true though? Our debt must be something of a moving target. At one point we were losing £65k per week and whilst we may have reduced operating costs, increased revenue etc (thanks to Mr Gorringe and co) .. the impact of COVID will mean we are losing even more.. Presumably, if we want to remain debt free, Wael will need to keep capitalising the debt into equity or injecting cash until such time as we are no longer operating at a loss (the dream ) Yes. Fair enough

Firstly, moderators are still posters and posters before moderators. They aren’t perfect and can be trolled, riled and bite the bait as much as anyone else. Yes, mods should know better, but so should everyone else. I haven’t condoned any of the behaviour here and neither has any other mod. We have actually tried to ride the storm by letting it play out realising that any particular action will cause some other kind of reaction or argument to be started and even now it appears that its a subject that can’t be dropped. We are damned if we do or don’t do anything. It doesn’t help when people post to deliberately wind each other up. Everyone is entitled to a different opinion of course but there are ways and means of doing it. But trolling and wumming each other just causes problems. As a mod team we have spoken to everyone involved over the past 48 hours via PMs and as far as we concerned the subject and matter is now closed. FWIW I don’t expect mods to be infallible but the benefit of having a team of mods is that if one drops the ball the others can pick it up. I think the decision to ride the storm out backfired as when it comes to abuse, inaction is an action. I’d also add to the comment regarding not wanting to create another reaction it would be better to deal with the reaction from someone who is unhappy that their (or someone else’s) abuse has been moderated than the reaction of leaving the abuse out there. It gives the impression that it’s ok to abuse someone under certain circumstances on here. I totally agree that in general all posters should avoid trolling and wumming as some people have a track record of not being able to resist resorting to abusing other people. Trolling and wumming doesn’t help. If the mods say the matter is closed I will leave it there and let everyone get back to enjoying the forum!
