TBF I think its been drained out of him. I think he is a broken man that knows he is f**ked with this group of players. He has clearly lost the dressing room, and my only hope is us as fans of this club lose that dressing room as well - as whats in it is truely awlful. I hope PT walks tonight, or over the next day or so for his own sake. I think he will if you look at his body language. If I was Tisdale, I would have taken Ehmer off after their 4th goal. For me, that would have been a huge statement to the players that performances like that won’t be tolerated. The way he turned his back on their forward for the 3rd(?) goal was a disgrace to the badge on his shirt. He’s the captain and he put in a performance like that?

Ehmer has quite possibly been the biggest let down of a signing since Garry Kenneth. Not saying he's as bad, but in terms of expected vs actual performance levels. He's been so so poor and nowhere near the level expected of him. Same goes for Westbrooke.

Ehmer should not be captain, he in no way has the attributes of a captain. No leadership, not vocal, lack of passion and simply not good enough for a place in the team. He’s not alone to be fair!

Passion, Fight. And most important understanding this is Bristol Rovers not a plastic club like MK Dons or an outback team Exeter... maybe he does not understand the GAS? But I think after tonight he will realise we do not want a bystander we want a MANAGER
Also an apology directly to the Gasheads that this will be rectified immediately ( don’t hold your breath):
Time to step up to the mark and get a grip!!!

I completely agree. If I was Tisdale, I would be telling Ehmer first thing tomorrow that he is no longer our captain and he has 5 games to get it back. Going through poor form is acceptable but his lack of effort tonight was really obvious.

It has all of the hallmarks of a concerted effort by most of our so called Players to get Tisdale sacked. Clearly they cannot take the mild criticism he gave them after the Rochdale game. He should drop Ehmer for the rest of the season as he was the worst offender tonight. If Tom Davies has gained some game time at Barrow and not received a setback then he should be brought back from his loan, if that is possible.

Can't even be bothered to listen to it, all I want to hear is that he's resigned

There aren’t too many players in this squad that leap out at me as leadership material and it’s not something I would want to burden Kilgour with as he needs to be concentrating on improving his own game.

DC would have had Ehmer and Kilgour off at 3-1.They were both as bad as one another.Neither can judge the flight of the ball, neither can concentrate to mark players and both have a turn of the Titanic.Drop them both Saturday and strip Ehmer of the captaincy tomorrow. Baldwin in for Ehmer and made Captain and Grant moved back to centre half to add just a bit of pace.Tutundra give him a chance as a left back and Williams to be a right back.

Does anyone know if Martinez is back with us? Since most of his football education has been away from the gas maybe he is grounded in the basics Tis wants to get back to?

Not sure what I make of that post match presser. He didn't look angry, just a bit disappointed.
If I hadn't watch the game or new the score and watch that interview I would have guest we lost 2-0 not 6-1!
I think he's now realised that these players are just not good enough and no matter what he says or do are league 2 bound.
Body language looks like a man who's deflated and getting a relegation on his CV.

What would you guys have realistically said to the players in the dressing room at full-time if you were PT?

It's also sad that within this huge squad, two of our regular eleven who do try hard are not even our own players! (loan) Oztumer & McCormick....without those two buzzing about you have a team of Manakins, who if you push their heads down hoof the ball aimlessly up the pitch or into touch.
Only players I reckon have proved worthy to wear the shirt on a Regular Basis are : Oztumer, Nicholson, Leahy, Hanlan, Daly & the Big Fin. Bench/Subs : Kilgour, Westbrook.
The Rest : L2 and beyond.
Whilst I am here, have you noticed how appalling we are at throw-in's, everyone run's away, it's supposed to be an advantage I thought!.

Last nights performance was a failed project trying to be nursed along. Far to open with players being outplayed by their opponents. So its back to basics which I guess is playing for clean sheets. I was upset at the lack of fight, that performance was not what we expect from our team. I cant believe a player didn't front up last night and apologise to the supporters very poor.

What would you guys have realistically said to the players in the dressing room at full-time if you were PT? Probably a good idea to retrain for another career because you're stinking the place out and stealing a living in this one.

What would you guys have realistically said to the players in the dressing room at full-time if you were PT? I would have told them the team bus has left, and to find their own way back, hopefully they would show as much initiative as they did on the pitch, and we could call Saturdays game off due to missing players.

Surely by now fans know the difference between Agogo and Ogogo, regardless a player probably out injured for weeks isn't going to help us on the pitch. Ehmer, sadly, is really the only obvious captain unless we want to burden a youngster with the role, it's yet another pitfall of having such a young squad.
