2 managers in one season with both delivering awful results (just 6 wins between them) and a team who doesn't know their ass from their elbow! Is there any way out of this inevitable relegation season?

A GC type manager would be our best chance.
Someone who has real passion, knows how to set a team up and someone the players love and fear at the same time.
Garner and Tisdale are not those managers. As much as I like Mansell, neither is he.

He must be desperate to get back into management? Shrewsbury beat Sunderland tonight and I bet they've a smaller playing budget than us, Cotterill even still lives in Bristol. |

As much as I like Mansell, neither is he. With a decent squad he might have a chance, but all season I have thought the majority of this squad is weak, both mentally & physically. We have a squad of players that are simply not good enough & the manager, well he wouldn’t have been my choice but Wael ain’t gonna sack him, unless he can persuade TW to do a job with the players he brought in. From top to bottom this club lacks the experience for League Football. Shambolic. |

I keep hearing this excuse “it’s not Tisdale’s fault it’s the players” and whilst that might be true to an extent, it’s the manager’s job to get the best out of his squad of players and Tisdale is nowhere near to getting the best out of our squad. I can’t think of any period in Garner’s tenure where we only picked up 2 points in 8 league games and we were dreadful under him. We are truly shocking at the moment and I can’t see it getting any better in the foreseeable.

What really bothers me about this, is that we have never watched any of these players other than through iFollow, they are players that do not really know the club and the fans. And this group will take us down.

This has been going on for a year now and is up there as one of those awful times in our history. Tonight I confess P.T is no better than Garner .
The current form table for the last year have got us bottom or very near. So it's not as if it's just Tisdales fault.
Sadly I think we are doomed !

If 4 clubs go bust we will other than that no, do I want 4 clubs to go bust to save us, no you get what you deserve in life.
Dust ourselves down but need a goalscorer in any division, Hanlan and Nicholson will find another club but who would want anybody else?

The board / recruitment knew 3_4 months ago we needed a striker . Every game over this long period allowed other teams to pick points off us knowing we had 1 fit striker.
If a cricket team has one fit bowler and the batting side posts 650 over two days . What is the likely outcome ?.
