He's wasted £25m+ of his family's money and just taken us back to where he started.
How much more has he got left to spend before he decides he's had enough?

Well we really must win 3 games from the remaining to have a chance of survival now.

Oxford have scored ten in their last TWO games!!!!!!!! Ten!!!!!!!!!!! What a farce we are.No recruiting in Jan(Burton did big time and look at them). No ground improvements for over twenty years. Poorer team than the one we had in the Conference. Worst of all ,nothing ever changes. When we kick off next season at home to Harrogate, will we have any actual changes to our Dickensian set up? No we won't as we NEVER do. I do not currently have any pride in our club.Sadly no hope either.

well you can unfix it, I don't blame Barton for any of this I like Barton but no way he gets away Scot free. His main job as head coach is to get the most out of the players at his disposal and in that respect he’s done a worse job than Garner. The blame lies with a combination of Garner, Tisdale, Widdrington, Barton, Wael, Starnes and in all honesty you could go back further - we’ve essentially shown relegation form for about 3 years now other than the spell during which we had the best striker in the league to mask over things.

Other than that, I'm afraid I agree with you.

When the chips are down our fans prove their worth Look at the crowds we got in the conference! If we hold our own with a new spine of a team next season we will see the players respond to our backing and vocal support It’s been a dire season and one to forget, but I’ll still be there as proud as ever whatever division we are in!!

If only we’d lost to Sunderland in that last game before lockdown. BFG might have got the boot he so richly deserved and we’d not be in this diabolical and pathetic mess now. Worst team in the division, maybe even the whole league!

These results are only bad because we have put ourselves in the position to allow them to be bad for us. Only ourselves to blame.. They just hasten the inevitable we are down because of our own results nobody else's

January 31 ,the day that relegation was sealed. (We will not sign anyone who does not improve on what we have got). Who said that, was it Tisdale, Widdrington or Starnes. What a complete and utter effing shambles this season has been. Wael what have you done?. Think its more like what he hasn't done, clearing out the deadwood off the pitch. This squad has serious flaws but the past management in the dug out and the boardroom have let him and us down. More heads need to roll I am afraid.

It goes to show how bad we are when we lost at home to Swindon since then Swindon have lost 4 on the spin sad times ..and we gave them the maximum 6 points. They would have made the table look a lot better. All ifs and buts though. We have been poor all season and deserve everything we are getting now.

We are good as down. Really sad to put it politely, but I will be supporting them next season.
When I die and roll up at the Pearly Gates of Heaven and I am asked why do I deserve to enter I will say im a Gashead. "Top table for you lad, as you've done your time in Purgatory"

Whoever decision it was to not sign a striker, if they are still at the club, need to take a lot of responsibility for this. It has been a shambles, Hanlan started season OK, Ayunga has had 1 good game all season and Daly never gets on the pitch long enough. Just not good enough up front. Whatever league we are in next season we need at least 2 good strikers through the door.

"Top table for you lad, as you've done your time in Purgatory" you will probably find its moved with no forwarding address and just a ramshackle building remains. So you should feel right at home every Saturday

Don’t forget fellow gasheads after we beat Portsmouth 3-1 Mr Widdrington with that smug look on his face came out and said I told you so we have got enough in the building

The 6 points that AFC Wimbledon and Wigan have unexpectedly picked up this week has changed the game. 45 points will now not be enough, looks like it will be at least 49/50 points to avoid the drop. That's 4 wins out of 5 for us now and that is just not going to happen Yes the 46 or even 48 points targets mentioned by others are now just irrelevant. This always happens. One or two sides finally wake up and leave four or so others trailing and down. Try as I might, I can't see any way back from this. A Swindon win might have condemned us to bottom place, but if we avoid that particular humiliation it's no consolation.

Don’t forget fellow gasheads after we beat Portsmouth 3-1 Mr Widdrington with that smug look on his face came out and said I told you so we have got enough in the building I’m not Widdrington’s biggest fan, but based on the 3 games he’s overseen it looked like we did have enough in the building. Unfortunately Tisdale and now Barton haven’t been able to get the same out of those players as Garner and Widdrington could.
