I’m glad I can count. I’ll have some bbq sauce to go with those fries and some popcorn whilst more absolute crap is posted for me to chuckle at. You can't count, Garner signed 3 players on permanent deals not 7, Harries, Daly and Barrett, all youngsters probably on the bare minimum contracts for L1, hardly the quality signings GC was apparently demanding. If Wael had backed GC last January we may still be a L1 side, we may even have had a season in the Championship.

Any evidence Garner came to our games prior up his appointment? What a stupid question. He was even more anonymous then than he is now. It’s not like the crowd parted as the messiah was taking his seat in the directors box! He signed in fact 7 players, not the 3 you claim. All in all a bad day in the Garner household. in his first interview he said he had seen and watched the majority of rovers games under coughlan. So I imagine he would have been in the stadium and not watching games on a illegal stream in his own home.

Just before GC left , Ollie was at one of our home games he was sat in front of me with a team sheet writing down notes besides the home players, he was om his own, but i think he new GC might be leaving although i didn't see Garner it does appear he was at games as well, So ipgas is correct , he is certainly correct about Mansfield they are still struggling so a bit like Rovers, they have a poor team and it doesn't matter who manages them they will struggle without a squad improvement. Ollie is also correct about a review being needed at the club, with a few exceptions the summer recruitment was dreadful half the cause of that has gone the other half is still with us, to many youngsters and not enough experienced forwards has led to our downfall. Wael has done a fantastic job in saving the club and paying off our debts but Like the s##t have discovered having money does not necessarily mean success .

Twerton is right ,having money does not guarantee success and our neighbours are a prime example, but for those opening 5 wins on the bounce they would be suffering a similar fate to ours! I am just grateful that we have an owner who will ensure our continuing existence and anything else is a bonus , given current circumstances. I have no track with the fans of the so called super clubs who are very happy to take the cash from their billionaire owners but then moan when said owners want a say in how the club proceeds, hypocrites!

It's needed for scouting purposes.

But even if he did why would he spend his time watching our matches and a team in the top 6 unless there was a reason he may have had a interest in our club 90 minutes per match, let's say managers get given exhaustive highlights rather than having to watch every break in play, but call it 90 minutes anyway. Enough time to watch most matches in a few days. He might have caught a lot of the highlights anyway considering he applied for the job previously and was going to be applying again the next time there was a vacancy, and then once he was interviewed he probably watched the remainder. That and I would suggest that any manager with aspirations of getting a L1 job, would spend a lot of their time swatting up on lots of L1 football, in order to hit the ground running if they got an interview.

So first of all it was 5 not 7. Second of all Barrett was offered a contract prior go the window, confirmed several times as a Widdrington signing prior to Garner joining. Blackman was an emergency signing due to Anssi injury. So actually not 7 signings but 3? Oh and I’ll have fries with that. Jeezus, if you really are Garner, or are a relation to him, it’s no wonder you/ he was sacked as you’re bloody annoying. I’m sure it was a blast in that dressing room...

Any players brought in whether loan or permanent take up budget and squad space. Garner signed 7 players that Jan window proving there was a) finance b) support from the owner c) accusations to the contrary being null and void. One thing Wael has always done is back his managers.

Yes we are bottom of L1 and relegated, however despite his newspaper wisdom Holloway left Grimsby struggling and the are propping up the whole football league .....
