Done my head in,couldn't link mine and the missus accounts, i have fifty quid in the account my wife has nothing and she didn't use ifollow as she had to work in southmead hospital on weekends. If i can't renew our tickets at the shop i will not bother.

Is this just for renewals at present ? My son wants to get a season ticket again but hasn’t had one for the last two seasons due to other commitments. Any help will be most appreciated 👍 For renewels and new tickets. Discounted prices until 23rd May. only renewals this week and general sale next Wed. Time for me to get me and my boys first season ticket

Did that and just had a message saying - in short - thanks. Nothing else received but assume things are not in sync with Ticketmaster which says it's not renewed. Will sit back for a few days as I appreciate there may be a few teething issues Should have got an email reply ref the purchase. Yes I've registered with Ticketmaster. Seems that as well as answering the refund question I had to go to ticketmaster to make the £0 transaction.I have membership but still have a season ticket to be renewed for the full fee?

Is it true 7OOO season tickets have been purchased already? If so, this is very good news. Let's all get behind Joey, show what a united front can achieve for the club. I'm sure this would be a big pick-me-up for the manager. UTG.

I've had a bit of a kerfuffle renewing mine for the North Terrace. It was showing as £285 then minus £50 loyalty discount it went to £235.. but my banking app popped up saying they were trying to take £285 so I did not authorise it and cancelled. After chatting to some other folks it sounds like it does try and authorise a debit of £285, but only takes £235.. so I tried again. This time I authorised it and the correct amount was deducted.. but the ticketmaster page came up with an error: "Unfortunately, a technical error has occurred and the status of your booking cannot be verified.Please contact the box office to confirm your purchase. Please do not attempt to repurchase as you may have already been charged."The £50 loyalty discount is still showing as available and I have had no confirmation of my ST renewal anywhere (via mail or on the webpage). But if I do try to renew on the page I just get an error now saying: "We're sorry! Please log in to access this event. If you still cannot purchase tickets you may be ineligible to purchase or the event may not be on sale. Please check www.bristolrovers.co.uk/ for on sales dates and information to make sure that you don't miss out."So I have e-mailed brfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk to see if they can sort it out. Fun.

So when are we allowed to watch again and what attendance restrictions/covid measures will be in place?
Basically i want to hear a firm guaranteed date and confirmation it will be like normal and not all distanced and weird. Ta

One option is to use it to pay for next season and this is done separately to Ticketmaster.

Can't wait to see if my "reactivated" season card actually works on the opening day of the season, mind I had no problems renewing but I guarantee my reactivated card won't work next season. Bags just did mine, nice gesture from the club, as £18 a match on my Samsung tablet wasn't a bargain! See you at the garage tomorrow for some Gaschat! Bet my card also they say no knowledge you ll have to sort that out in the shop next week!

Only just clocked the £50 credit is a loyalty bonus. Thought this was the £50 of credit I selected instead of an ST refund. Guess that’s still to come?
Will use that to drag the nephews along to yet another game. And perhaps my father if he can get over his Barton dislike 😂
