Empty words. Devoid of any connection to reality. So the whole team is sh*t, they are going to replace them. What about half of this (at least) one season squad on 2 year contracts? Amateur Hour from our "management (π
) team mate give it a rest boring now. As boring as repeating ad nauseam "good interview" or "I believe" just after this management team have lost their umpteenth game in a row. A losing rate of nearly 80% of their games in charge? Tell you what mate, thats fu**ing boring. You may find that acceptable and professional. ππππ

To be honest today showed that not one of theose players did themselves any good. Even Rodders wasnt great. I cannot understand why or who brought Otzumer in to the squad, especially as he is no doubt on a hefty wedge, but it was a bad signing imho. I also think that Westbrooke should be a lot better than he is, for someone who has his experience he should be passing the ball better. I thought Liddle did ok, given the lack of opportunities he has had. For me Hargeaves isn't creative enough, and his tackling is poor.Daly needs someone alongside of him, someone better than either Hanlon or Ayunga.
I expect Joey to bring in 6 players. A goalie; a Centre Half, 2 midfielders and 2 strikers. And I suspect they will be experienced players.

Thank god there is only Blackpool away to play roll on May 10th for the big clear out 27 defeats 12 of them by one goal how on earth did we not sign a striker in January is beyond me I can't see blaming it all on Stockley not signing is the full story, as I'm pretty certain he looked like joining Charlton a week or so before the window closed. Surely there were other options around in the final week of the window. Dont think Tisdale had much of an idea about signings from Div 1 or higher, a bit like DC in his last season

Hang on, loads on here were shouting about how great it was that Rodman had extended his contract, just a few days ago...ffs. Anyway the reality, as posted in the other place "1370 mins since a Rovers striker scored. 23 games without a goal. 27 defeats and 14 home defeats. Bottom of league one and top goalscorer is our left wing back. Some fans believe in Barton that he will get in his players and transform a losing side into a winning side. He failed to appear post match interview sending Clint Hill out." Yep

It cannot be DC, Garner, Tisdale or any ex manager, because we dont want to keep going backwards, so come on name some names. It's easy to say who you dont want, and leave it there, but a good answer includes who you think would be god at getting us out of league 2.

Yes I think Barton is a clown, but thats not his fault, he just is. But the fault lines are above him. A CEO who is so laid back he appears comatose and no longer communicates, an owner and main shareholder who its now quite apparent is flapping in the wind. Think about it, would any manager of any renown wish to be associated with this club? As it stands? Would any decent, ambitious young man risk his future with us? And yet we get fans regurgitating blind faith as if that will actually achieve anything. You know it.

I dont see what difference sending Hill out for the post match makes, plenty of other assistants do interviews, I didn't see anyone complaining when Stewart did them instead of DC. The fact is we have a squad full of players that either dont give a sh**, aren't good enough or both. Whether on not you like Barton or regardless of if you think he'll be a success next season the only way he wont be in charge come Aug is by his own choice or change is forced on us by the court case. By the sound of things we're already talking to potential signings, we aren't getting rid.

FWIW: I did watch and then wish I hadnβt. Poor match and tbh it looks like Rochdale went down fighting as did Northampton but we went down with a whimper. The squad should be ashamed about that. Baldwin, Iβve tried to be supportive but today he was out muscled by someone smaller and shorter for the goal. We were never on the front foot and didnβt really seem interested. Great save from Day to stop a bigger defeat. Thank goodness this season is nearly over but it looks like it never started for some players. Roll on August. UTG!

Although Oz didn't have a good game he was behind our only decent attacks in the time he was on the pitch. He is the type of player who needs to be played in with balls to his feet but our defenders are only up to hoofing the bloody thing. He was in midfield with Hargreaves who can't pass a ball and runs around like a headless chicken and is Bath City standard and Westbrooke who is very similar to Oz and relies on others to win the ball.Harghreaves is neither a ball winner or creative. To blame the Manager is ridiculous ,the blame lies solely with the players who are not good enough and also down to the people who brought these players to the club. I will give my opinion of JB when I have watched HIS team for 10 games which is what every supporter should do. He did a great job at Fleetwood and I have full faith that him and Clint Hill will do a good job here given the chance to build the side. If they don't manage to do what they have said they will do then that is the time when oldies and others criticisms are justified.
