Come back with something a bit less predictable next time. Post and behave a little less predictably in the future. Just saying.

We can only hope this becomes true one day. For the record I absolutely don't stand with rape apologists. But you do dress like a Woman. Perhaps hes trying to dress like Caz..??

She can do all that without underwear shots. What about all the women and girls who like football who don't look like her in their underpants? Something I'd wondered about. Perhaps Tillys Thighs might give us an opinion. I just find it rather sad that young girls/women want to post such revealing photos, which, whether they intend to or not, does sexualise their image on social media. Of course, it's their body, they can do with it as they please - and they obviously get some sort of gratification from putting these pics in the public domain. My main concern is the younger age group, male and female, who see these pictures and think that all girls should be posing like that. There's a hell of a lot of pressure on young teenage girls to "put out" on line these days - it's seen as the norm. As for the "rape apologist" insinuations - I'm rubbish at embedding pictures from social media on to the forum, so my hard drive has photos of Ellis Harrison, Alex Rodman, Mason Mount, the Beard, and at least one of Swedish golfer Henrik Stenson wading into a lake in his boxer shorts - better add me to the list.

That’s not really the issue here though Tilly, I doubt you’ll find many on here that will disagree with the your remarks about the pressures that social media brings on younger age groups. The issue is that some have insinuated that because Caz has posted what she’s chosen to post, that it somehow degrades her opinion on the topic. Personally I see Caz as a bit of inspiration as she’s shown that you can overcome anxieties and be confident about your body no matter what shape or size it is. It’s a real shame that this thread has become sidetracked by this conversation surrounding Caz because some of the sexist abuse posted online over the last few years has really highlighted the need for a movement such as her game too and for me that should be the discussion point.

I couldn't get the twitter link to work. Who said I don't like her? I don't know the girl. Not the first time you’ve implied she’s only popular because of the pictures she posts. That’s just the impression I got. It’s generally not the best to posts pictures of others on here like that without their permission. Yeah I know it’s already in the public domain but still. Not saying that's the only reason but probably a big reason. Lots of thirsty guys on social media.

This thread is about as depressing as it gets. Is it? Looks like just another where opinions are split, the topic gets diluted and people jump to conclusions. We should be able to have these discussions whilst the starter topic deserves its own place on here somewhere as it is important.

People trying to moralise their sexism/dislike of Caz cos she happens to have a pair of chebs is depressing. Quite why her choice of clothing on holiday means she can't expect to go to football without sexist abuse is beyond me. I agree a discussion about the cause Her Game Too represents is extremely important and welcome here, but implying she deserves any abuse of any kind (or that she's asking for it/her game too is diluted cos she once posted photo wearing a bikini on holiday) is absurd.

If we're not careful then freedom of speech is going to be a thing of the past.

With freedom comes responsibility, in this case a persons mental health, I would be extremely concerned for this brave lady if she reads this thread. She has my total support.

I don't mean she deserves the abuse or anything like that. What I mean is people have an opinion and get made to feel sh** for having their opinion and get called things like rape apologists. Admittedly I was guilty of this myself the other day when I felt strongly about something but we do need to allow for some freedom of speech. Not hatred, just some people will have a different opinion to the mainstream and that is OK.

So were allowed to have concern for the person posting the pics? But were not allowed to have concern for our daughters being influenced by this type of thing without being called rapist apologists/sympathisers? Jesus.

If we're not careful then freedom of speech is going to be a thing of the past. With freedom comes responsibility, in this case a persons mental health, I would be extremely concerned for this brave lady if she reads this thread. She has my total support. What on this thread do you feel would be detrimental to her mental health? I haven't seen anyone say anything negative about her. Its been discussed that social media influencers behaviour can and does effect the behaviour of children who are too young to understand the consequences of copying some aspects of their posting. Lots of moral handwringing and calling people rape apologists because they have first hand experience of children aping the young women they idolize. I have said the same thing of footballers and their behaviour and how that influences young boys. Are we supposed to not raise such concerns because people then think we are sexist? The Her Game too is a great thing. Women should be free to wear what they like too, but sadly that's just not realistic is it because there are still a lot of sad bastards out there. Rapists are abhorrent and its offensive to be compared to scum like that just because you think a 13yr old girl should keep her clothes on on Instagram. Yeah, this thread is sad and sums up a lot of things, but maybe, just maybe not for the reasons many seem to be intimating.

Hi everyone!
Caz here. I don't come on the forum often as my main platform is Twitter but someone pointed me in the direction of this thread.
I can't see what images were posted of me and I'm glad they've been taken down. I'm confident knowing that I've never posted anything explicit on social media, though. I have posted some weight loss progress pictures purely out of pride of my progress but unless someone has saved this to their camera roll - that image would take a lot of digging through my old Twitter media posts to find. It has made me feel a bit uneasy that someone found it necessary to post very selective old pictures of me on here. My instagram is public (https://www.instagram.com/cazjmay/) so if you do feel the need to judge me on the photos I post then I suggest that's a good place to start.
#HerGameToo is a campaign I started up based on my own experiences surrounding football. I am very pleased with how far we have come already with it and it's a shame people think I'm doing it for myself when the campaign is about championing each and every woman involved the game. If I was doing it for myself, I wouldn't be giving the spotlight to others. I really feel strongly about this message so I'm working hard to build a better future for the next generation. Our club have been absolutely fantastic in supporting the campaign and are leading the way towards making a positive change.
I have read all the messages of support on here and thank you so much! It goes a long way after a tough 24 hours. Everyone is entitled to their opinion - good or bad - and as long as it's not abusive or offensive then I don't mind so much. I realise now that not everyone is going to like me and that's fine. I can live with that and focus my energy on those that do.
Not long now until we are all back watching the team that brought us all here in the first place and I hope everyone has a fantastic first game back. Up the Gas!

Not on here, and if that were to happen the poster would rightfully be removed.

I don't think more than one or 2 people have suggested you are doing it for self promotion, but its great to hear that you really strongly support the cause and that you take your responsibility seriously. Good luck and long may it continue!
