Got a season ticket in block C, first time out of the terraces for me! Amazing view. Close to the away end but you cant see them only (sometimes) hear them. Always amusing watching the slightly drunk ones negotiating the stairs!

Got lucky with my ST and I'm in Row A in the East Stand. As others have said the atmosphere can't rival the Blackthorn, but I have a great view of the pitch. Great view of the pitch? How is that lucky? You know if you come down to the Blackthorn End you get a better atmosphere and, if you position yourself correctly, can't see a thing behind the pillar...

5 of us in the there, row B right level with the half way line, as good a view as i've had at any ground. You're quite close to me then, I'm in B next to the steps

Having visited over 140 stadiums and having sat in it since we moved back to Bristol, I would say it's got to be one of the best views in football.
It has a high elevation, is close to the pitch, has no obstructing pillars and from row E backwards keeps you dry what ever the weather

The only times I've sat in it is when the hospitality has been on offer and you get seated at the highest point at the back. The atmosphere has always been decent enough but not raucous. I sit in the West Stand now bang on the halfway line and the seats outside the box IMO are the best view at any ground Ive been to.

Lots of Pros, so here's a couple of Cons: If you're in rows A or B and it rains - you'll get wet. Row C you'll get wet up to your chest. Row D, where I am, wet knees. That's for adults, obviously worse for kiddies. Myself, my brother and my son have sat in the same seats since our return from Twerton. Several others around have done the same, but some of them have a habit of leaping to their feet in anticipation of a Rovers goal - meaning they see the goal (or miss), but we don't. A request to stay seated last season produced a lot of naughty words in reply! How dare we complain.

Only the people sat next to you. You don't even know where the East Stand is. It's the west stand if you look at it from the south stand.

If it rains then people in the first 5 or 6 rows get wet as it blows under the canopy. It is also a lot warmer if you have the seats around you occupied and gets very chilly if they go home early " to avoid the traffic" . You also need to hope that the guy 3 along from you hasnt been on the lash and needs to go to the loo 6 times before half time and makes you get up and down like a yo yo i think that a lot depends upon the people who sit near you - some are a great laugh -but there are some who sit looking at other scores on their phones the entire game and telling all their mates- about how Liverpool or Man U are doing and whether Ronaldo has scored again. The fact that none of their mates are interested doesn't seem to matter. Having said all that it is the best view in the stadium which makes it all worthwhile
