Huge game, can't wait - already nervous! Could be an edgy crowd Having said that, i daydreamed a 5-0 win on my run earlier, so that will take the edge off (Collins x3, Taylor, Loft!). We then went on to score a last minute winner to take all 3 pts at Tranmere.
Looks like Bristol and back on the train in one day for me, lets hope its a happy boozy one home

Literally a must win game now, no love lost between Joey and Sparky so expect some fireworks by the dugouts, big Tony Warner can be Joey's minder!😂🏴☠️

Bradford have won 5 of their last 9 away games, 3 of their last 5, and have won their last 2 away games 2-0 at FGR and Hartlepool. Pretty impressive.
Their away record would have them in the play off's, it's their home record that's let them down.
They seem to have improved under Hughes, particularly on their travels, and will no doubt be fired up for this one as there's no love lost between Hughes and Barton.
Bradford outplayed us back in October and we were very fortunate to return with a point. In the first half of that game they played some good stuff and we struggled to get out of our own half.
I think we'll have to be at our best to pick up the 3 points we really need after losing at Carlisle.

Another tough looking game where the first goal will be all important. Get that goal and I think we go onto win what’s a must win game if we want the autos . UTG.

Must win game for us at home against a team 14th in the table. If you want to get promoted these are the games you have to win.
Agree with Yattongas on the first goal.
Not sure why, but I'm not feeling confident about this one

We shouldn't be fearing any team in this division and as long as we play our own game and keep eleven players on the pitch, I'm confident of a home win.

Not sure how a clip from 4 years ago is relevant now. Managers learn, managers change their ways. We've seen rated managers come to Rovers and then fail. Saw a few Wales games when he was in charge there, got some decent results but the football was very direct. Although with Hartson and Bellamy leading the line you can sort of see why. Let's just hope that in 4 years he's not learnt much. Remember him playing against us. Nasty piece of work when refs eyes were elsewhere. Fair enough getting away with it but he's not my cup of tea..... Milk, 2 sugars if anyone cares.

He's crucified his management a few times in public and he now faces his old gaffer Mark Hughes on Saturday, it coudltn be more relevant and should set up a spicy encounter. Whether Mark Hughes actually is a good manager or not is a moot point, that's down to personal opinion (I personally don't rate him).

Lack of relevance an overstatement on my part, apologies. Just thinking that things change in 4 years. I have a feeling they probably haven't and I'll be keeping an eye on the dugouts Saturday. I can imagine a few people have bad words for Joey except for his current team who definitely have a bit of togetherness about them. Some of our supporters have changed opinion over a shorter period of time than the last time Barton & Hughes crossed. I remember Holloway saying he'd give Colin W***** the benefit of the doubt when meeting him for the first time in a few years..... then stated his opinion on Colin hadn't changed

If we require 3 points we may need to request the match be moved to Bradford.
They have gained ONE point in their last SIX Home games.
Meanwhile, they have TWELVE points from their last SIX away games.
Does a draw seem a likely outcome?

Guy Branston who was loaned from the only team below us at the time-Aldershot- scored with a header against them quite early in the game and ran over to taunt the Bradford bench.Clearly didn't think they should have released him when they did.Think it ended as a draw.Branston did well at Muff subsequently but was very mediocre for us and very slow.
