www.bristolrovers.co.uk/fans/helpline/Still says members get priority on the official site but it does say for all-ticket matches…and Burton is now all ticket. I’m a member and have been for years but maybe there is a problem with the new ticketing process which doesn’t allow linking your helpline membership number and entitlement to your account?

Presumably “foreigners “ was a predictive text correction? Maybe that should have been a tongue in cheek question to Tom…Do you know what predictive text will alter your name to?

Email Tom foreigners and tell him you will cancel if you don’t get the same rights as a ST holder. As an exiled fan it worked for me and I am now priority one!! How did you manage that one then, if you don’t mind sharing how ?

What is the Helpline? The club never ever mention it on the socials, the only time you hear of it is on here. If people are paying a monthly subscription for...something, you'd think the club would promote the hell out of it. If all you get is priority purchasing on away tickets, it's dreadful value and no wonder TG didn't want the previous poster to cancel his Direct Debit. www.bristolrovers.co.uk/fans/helpline/#:~:text=Contact%20Number,contacting%20Kate%20on%2001454%20321191. It sounds like the OP is getting ripped off if they really are paying £10 per month.

Good chance of winning something in the regular draw (won about 50 quid in vouchers not so long ago) and was always useful for priority 1 tickets. Reluctantly I had to leave the scheme as needed to cut costs, especially as now forking out for a ST (which then also negated the advantage of ticket priority).

Be useful to know how many helpline members there are and how much was raised in total, paid out in prizes, and given to the club. That might encourage more to join. At the moment it seems to be just 'Please send us £8.66 a month and we'll enter you into a raffle'. Definitely suffering from a lack of publicity and marketing.

Nice and smooth... straight in at 10:00 and transaction completed within a few seconds. Burton here we come, and the first weekender of the season with the Commonwealth Games T20 final at Edgbaston to follow on the Sunday! UTG!

Burton here we come, and the first weekender of the season with the Commonwealth Games T20 final at Edgbaston to follow on the Sunday! UTG! Yep, got mine and for the 2 boys at 10. Only slight drawback was not being able to buy the 3 on my account and then allocate to the kids STs as I was able to do last season. So 3 separate transactions and 3 lots of postage. Might be because I’m holiday though and had to do it via my phone rather than laptop, which I would normally do. Oh well, only 2 quid extra and can now look forward to it. Think this one will sell out quick.

Yes, what a cock up. can't buy seats for the 2 senior citizens linked to my account Ah, so it wasn’t just me then? Can’t you go into the other accounts and buy separately? Though I guess it’s more problematic if you want seats together.

Pete has tweeted there is a problem, but every season there is hassle. No chance now of family sitting together

Though I guess it’s more problematic if you want seats together. Trying to buy for people on hols and living abroad, so no chance now of sitting together, if we can get any seats at all now. We always try and snatch defeat from the jaws of success at Rovers. Had the same problem at the start of last season. You would think a "professional" company, would know their business and be able to get things right first time - I am talking of TicketDisaster.

Ticketmaster not working correctly for purchase of seats, doh; Rovers insisted season tickets holders who wanted to sit together should form common networks, first away game of the new season, the system will only allow you purchase individual seats, consequently the work around being to go into Ticketmaster individually, and end up not getting sequential seats. Going cashless, ffs they cannot even manage to sell season tickets holder seats correctly. One step at a time TG.

But I get it, you're making up things to be angry about again.

No issue getting mine but was just the one. Had to ring the Burton office to sort something else and was welcomed by a nice short chat. "How do you think you'll do this season?" "7-0 wow" etc etc. Got the impression they need more new players then we do

I have had a belly full of it in this last week (trying to book hospitality)
