Looks like the club are expecting these to sell out too!
On sale to season ticket holders, 1 per ST holder 10am Monday.
Anyone know the capacity of the away end at the Pirelli Stadium?
With over 5,000 season ticket holders, how likely are they to go to general sale?

With over 5,000 season ticket holders, how likely are they to go to general sale? According to an away fans guide Burtons away terrace holds 1400 with another 400 seats on the side.

How do you buy one if your season ticket is not being sent out to mid July?

I am a new season ticket holder and will be looking to purchase a ticket on Monday morning- I only live a ten minute drive away. Can anyone tell me if I can buy more than one ticket on my season ticket? I have a couple of family members down for the weekend and they want to tag along. If it's not possible, the three of us will have to go in the home end. Many thanks. UTG

While it is limited to 1 ticket per ST holder, you do have the ability - on the eTicket system - to link ST accounts, to enable the purchase of a few tickets seated together.

I rarely if ever post, even though I've been lurking around for years, but I have to post a query... The club has put some information about away ticket sales which says the order of priority is season ticket holders, sponsors and box holders, followed by supporters club, then general sale. As a long-term share scheme member who switched to helpline I phoned the club today to see where I was in the scheme of things. In with the general sale with no priveleges attached to my £10 per month apparently. A season ticket isn't a good buy for me here in Sussex, but I'm surprised that my years of contributions don't appear to count for anything. Has the person at the club shop got this right?

That’s a good point. The article says priority remains the same and that always used to include Helpline members as first priority alongside ST holders. Like you, I live away so it was always a great help in getting tickets. I don’t know if that changed last season as had my first ST then so didn’t need to use Helpline membership but not aware of seeing anything to suggest it had changed.

Just spoke to Kate at Helpline who said that as far as she is concerned we are still priority one with ST holders and that the club's statement is unhelpful. She is going to investigate

Reminds me of Woking away in the conference when 5000 were locked out, not including the other 2000 who stayed in the pubs.

Email Tom foreigners and tell him you will cancel if you don’t get the same rights as a ST holder. As an exiled fan it worked for me and I am now priority one!!

What is the Helpline? The club never ever mention it on the socials, the only time you hear of it is on here.
If people are paying a monthly subscription for...something, you'd think the club would promote the hell out of it.
If all you get is priority purchasing on away tickets, it's dreadful value and no wonder TG didn't want the previous poster to cancel his Direct Debit.
