I managed to buy 5 seated tickets together you click the sit together with the number you want and then you have to go in to each ticket separately and select which age bracket you want put them in your basket. Once you have done that you assign them to people in your network my main stress was getting close to being timed out before I could pay. I do agree though it is not the easiest of systems to navigate.

Ticketmaster not working correctly for purchase of seats, doh; Rovers insisted season tickets holders who wanted to sit together should form common networks, first away game of the new season, the system will only allow you purchase individual seats, consequently the work around being to go into Ticketmaster individually, and end up not getting sequential seats. Going cashless, ffs they cannot even manage to sell season tickets holder seats correctly. One step at a time TG. An error with Ticketmaster isn't anything to do with the club being cashless, or TG. But I get it, you're making up things to be angry about again. Unfortunately you do not get it; you don't buy an IT operating licence, and then sit back and expect the functionality to work as it should; as part of its business continuity plan, an efficient and effective business monitors all the systems which it relies upon, and notifies its colleagues, in our case the supporters of any faults, and how the faults are and when they will be resolved. This is certainly a matter TG should own for an on behalf of BRFC. You are right I am not happy that I will no longer be able to pay for a pint in cash at the MEM, fortunately there are local pubs who are still happy to receive cash.

Did the club not notify supporters of the problems on Twitter once the problems were discovered? Thanks for educating us all on business continuity planning though.

I thought Wael could do no wrong in your view, no doubt he signed off by schemes you detest.

Ref Helpline and what you get out of it? I think the point of Helpline is 'just that' it is to help the club, I don't think you really join to get anything out of it , it's a bit like donating to charity, you don't do it for any other reason than you may feel good about helping someone else. Like many other charities and organisations though there is a monthly draw so you get the added bonus of may be winning something as well as helping the organization of your choice.

Best of luck to those who have purchased seats together, my experience tells me that no one takes any notice of seat numbers away anyway and folk sit where they like!

Helpline was set up in 1985 and since that time has donated well over Β£1 million to the football Club . There are weekly draws for members and all funds raised goes to the Football Club. At times over the years this money has been a lifeline when things got tough.

As has been stated, you used to be able to get priority once ST holders had their fill but not now

Best of luck to those who have purchased seats together, my experience tells me that no one takes any notice of seat numbers away anyway and folk sit where they like! Due to mobility issues that may/may not flair up on any given day I try and get a ticket at the end of a row if they are allocated. Don't really want to go down the disabled area route as I love being in the thick of it when circumstances allow. I'm assuming I'm not the only one. If it's unallocated so be it and I'll deal with that in my own way but if given a seat number please stick to it.
