Thanks, but i have looked on settings and it's not there, must have the wrong phone . I renewed early, my card is all I'm turning up with. Same here, due to hand dexterity issues card is easier than fiddling with a phone to zoom in/out of screen shot. I was advised the card was fine, even if lost it could be replaced for £5. This has been stated on the clubs official channels Tried the reply email as really feel like top trumping them with disability discrimination card but the email they have supplied doesn't exist. If I'd known the changes beforehand it would be my issue to deal with it however they keep moving the goal posts

I've just received a FGR ticket in my inbox, but I have a season card already. Shrug. just logged into the online ticketing and it says season ticket holder, next match August 27th

I'm turning up with that. They don't let me in, well, that's going to involve someone senior at the Club.

This is really really poor from the club, I'm lucky enough to know what I am doing but just by reading these few pages shows there are alot that don't understand, to use the 'doing what supporters want' thing is a load of bollocks, you mean doing what the club wants more like it. I can see us losing some fans over this tbh

Same as some of you guys. I renewed my ST in the shop but had no proof of purchase - the club wouldn’t provide a card receipt and told me ticketmaster would email confirmation of my renewal. Nothing arrived so I contacted the club and had an email back from Claire McDonagh, basically saying my renewal had gone through and my existing East Terrace ST Card had been updated and could be used for the 22/23 season. Until this morning I thought everything was going to be ok, then I get an e-ticket for the FGR game. Does this mean my ST card is not operational? Does it mean I can get in twice or maybe not at all? It seems every season there is some form of cock up meaning I’m fretting about whether I’ll get to watch the first home game of the season, I’m beginning to wonder whether I will bother next year and take my chances with pay on the day at the ticket office (unless we are selling out again!).

Have received a digital ticket today for the FGR game. I take it I now have to rely on Ticketmaster to email me a ticket in advance of each future game? Looking forward to that. Not! I see from my purchase invoice that it includes Season Card Delivery @ £2.50. I trust that Ticketmaster will be refunding this charge. Hmmmm! Can't help but feel the Club, and it's retail staff, have become disconnected from the Season Ticket purchase process.

Season ticket was renewed early. No change in anything so fall into the keep your season ticket category. Now they've sent me an email with tickets on. I have no idea what they are doing. Not sure they know what they are doing. Exactly this. Not a happy bunny. My brother is disabled, and doesn't have a smart phone as he can't use one, neither does he have a printer to print tickets - why should he? He doesn't have a computer. How will the club accommodate him? A complete fuster cluck.

After saying cards would be sent I'd assume your brother - & many others - would under disability discrimination be offered a reasonable alternative. I feel sorry for Clare and Pete at the shop who have unwittingly given out information that is now incorrect. If the shop was open now I'd expect them not to answer the phone as they'd get a bit of stick.

did they not have a problem last season or before were the first few games we had to print them out or photograph them to show at the ground to get entry ?
