Another day of chaos on Saturday. Season tickets didn't work for some. Others jumping over the turnstiles to get in. Someone is truly out of their depth in their position. they do not understand football or its fans. At present they are driving a wedge between club and its season ticket fan base

Nope, they want everyone on a card now, what a shambles! I’ve emailed Pete and he said e-tickets can continue if requested so hopefully that can be sorted for me and others They must have had problems with the system Saturday, the west enclosure turnstiles were closed, and they let us in through the gate. But don't worry it will all be sorted for the Accrington game, and you will all have cards for it. But there again one postal day as been lost this week. Not closed when we went through them without any problems at 1410.

Utterly useless that company. It is extremely lucky we have Pete Weymouth imo he’s sorted out 4 matches of utter mess I’ve personally had with the whole scenario. I dread to think what he thinks of ticketmaster. They’ve probably about quadrupled the poor guys workload.

Has anyone had the problem of trying to buy an under 11 ticket online when you have already purchased yours? Computer says no, I must purchase an adults ticket, I have done that already last week, for anyone following the saga yes it looks like I have converted my youngest from the dark side as this is the third game in a row he wants to go to, in fact told me he is going.

I think that those of us who chose the e-ticket option will keep it for the rest of the season. Nope, they want everyone on a card now, what a shambles! I’ve emailed Pete and he said e-tickets can continue if requested so hopefully that can be sorted for me and others Oh crikey - didn't realise that. It is indeed a shambles, that goodness for Pete, he's a gem.

A season ticket card is obviously the best way to go. The etickets option clearly involves more man hours at ticketmaster and is obviously open to more errors. Once a ST card is issued, its hardly a chore to carry it around in your wallet/ purse like most of us do with our bank/ credit cards. It would appear that ticketmaster has been the issue this season and last regarding the delivery of working tickets for want of a better word. From what I read on here, there appear to be less issues with their distribution of away tickets. As has been said it appears the club have done their best to sort out the problems. Personally can't think the club will not look elsewhere after the problems they have caused since we engaged them.

I thought early doors it was announced the club were taking that back in house?

Saw it announced some time ago and have yet seen anything suggesting it was outsourced again. Apart from the payment through Ticketmaster that's all they do. Please correct me if anyone has heard anything different. Edit:- Just seen seanclevedongas thought the same

If that is the case, bringing back ST sells in house might well be the case in the future after the chaos that ticketmaster seems to have caused.

It is indeed a shambles, that goodness for Pete, he's a gem. I thought the same, when I opted for e-tickets in the questionnaire they sent a while back. Then I read last week’s update, which suggested we were all to use our plastic cards from the Accrington game, but this morning I have received my e-ticket for Saturday 🤔. I took both with me on Saturday and the e-ticket worked fine, so I guess I’ll just continue to do so, but I have no idea what’s going on now 🤯

Still waiting for our elusive packs (scarfs x2) - Thankfully our cards carried over from last season. Fiasco regardless.

Called club, was told they had all been sent out. I was not convinced and asked for an E-Ticket, which I have now got.

Its not right that you dread going to a turnstile after queuing to find the card still doesn't work and then have to go to the ticket office to queue for a physical ticket and then queue back on the turnstile. Bright needs to show his presence on matchdays to see the mess created
